As much as I try to hold you back
you keep slipping away
How bad you treated me before,
I still somehow care about you
What about you?
Whenever you thought it was the moment you left without hesitation
I promised myself that I won't cry
You told me it wasn't my fault
Your heart has been played before
It doesn't give you the reason to play with mine
You never accept your mistakes and when it all was on you, you flip it around and make it my issue.
So I guess, is it my turn now?
What should I do?
Apologize?
You know what you did
It's not going to be easy for me to put the issue back on you
What are we?
in a war?
Or a relationship?
We have to figure out ourselves
Or better
I have to figure out my place
You're just playing a game
I ain't going to clean your rotten heart.
I should've know better
You're just using me as pit stop
I don't know where you're heading and I don't bother to care.
You had what you wanted
Now leave
Your time is over
This war is over
I'll move on
