*Mia's P.O.V*

The dinner seemed to have dragged. Charlie's Dad was firing all these hard questions at me and I had no choice but to stick to the story line or make something up on the spot hoping he'd believe every word I say. I gazed out the window and realised how dark it was outside- I wiped my mouth and smiled, 'Well, sir. It's pretty late now, I better head home. It was a pleasure to have dinner with you and I'm glad we've finally met.' I started to get up from my seat until he said, 'I've got one more question. Charlie said you lived in America and that he had to get a plane ticket so that you could come over. You don't seem to have the accent, Miss Foster?' I looked down at Charlie for help but even he didn't have anything to say. 'Well, sir.' I started, 'I only stayed there for a couple of months with my grandpa. He's quite rich actually- he owns a very well known business and I wanted to learn about it and gain experience.' 'Ah...' Phew! That was a very good save- if I say so myself. 'I don't think your guardians would be very happy if I let a young girl out in the dark at this time of night. It would be better if you stayed with us for the night.' 'No, si-' 'Mia!' Charlie snapped, 'It's alright. You can sleep here.' 'Alright then. Well I'll get the maids to prepare the double bed in your room, Charlie.' 'WHAT?!' We both exclaimed.
