*Mia's P.O.V*


I grunted, 'Well it's not like I have a choice or anything.' 'Good.' He quickly got up from his knee and chucked the wedding ring at me. Luckily I caught it and had a chance to admire the ring. It didn't look all too special- it was just a plain silver ring. No diamond, no stone, just a plain band. 'You call this an engagement ring?!' 'Mia, this is all fake. Don't expect me to try and make an effort over something not worth making an effort for. I paid you, you're mine so you do as I say.' I sighed, 'Alright. Better than nothing...' and so I slipped the engagement ring on.

'Thank you so much for letting me stay the night.' I hugged Charlie's Dad goodbye and he whispered softly so that only I could hear, 'Don't forget our deal.' I nodded my head and smiled. 'One more thing. I have booked a venue for the wedding. We just need to sort out the rest and I reckon the wedding will take place in two weeks time.' 'What?!' Charlie shouted, 'Already?!' 'Of course.' Charlie's Dad laughed, 'She's perfect for you and I reckon its time you guys got married.' 'He's right, Charlie.' I kissed him on the cheek before being lead to a taxi where I was driven home...
