The Vow- Part 1

Five years. It's been five years since Nathan and Bella got married and also five years of misery and pain. I've found no one- no one to love. No one to take care of, no one to like me. I stared out the window and watched the maids trim the hedges. The sun rays streaked into my room, enlightening the darken space which didn't really help my depression. I heard a sudden knock on my door, 'Go away!' I grunted not even wanting to know who it was. 'Charlie? It's Bella.' 'Bella?' A smile started to appear on my face as I turned to the door and opened it. Her brown eyes glistened as I admired her presence. 'Bella...' I hesitated, 'Hey, how are you?' She smiled back at me then peered through my arm, before walking past and looking around. 'Good. Your room's changed.' She mumbled, 'It's darker than what it used to be.' That's because I've been living in a life of depression eversince she left my life. No matter how long it's been, I still love her. 'What are you doing here? It's been five years since the last time I saw you.' She twirled. Her beautiful, brown curls bounced complimenting her flawless skin tone. 'We're here on holiday for a month. Nathan, me and the kids. I just thought this was perfect timing to catch up.' I slowly nodded my head, 'Yeah.' 'Oh..' She paused, 'Dad wants to talk to you downstairs. It's really important he said...'
