"So, the date it's at 6" Anthony said looking up at Katherine who was separating the clothes to do laundry "That's good?"

"Yeah that's fine" she said checking in Shawn pants and she felt something pulling it out it was a small bag of weed

"What's that?" Anthony asked not seeing well what she was holding

"Weed, h-he sells weed?" She said jumping to conclusions

"I mean I sell too bu-"

"But he's 14 Anthony!" She cut him off

"Don't try to convince me otherwise" the front door open and Shawn walked in looking at them and then looked at Katherine's hand

"Damn Tony, you got my sister weed?"

"So can you explain this Sean?" She said placing the bag of weed on the table

"You were checking my stuff?" Sean said folding his arms and his sleeves rise up revealing a fresh new tattoo

"Not did I just found weed in your pants, You got tattoos now" Katherine chuckled

"Yeah I got a tattoo, your point is?" He said rudely

"Man, you don't have to be rude to ya sister" Anthony spoke up and Sean ignore him waiting for this conversation to be over

"Sean, why do you sell?"

"Because Katherine, you by yourself ain't going to pay the bills and honestly I'm tired of wearing these clothes" he said shrugging

"You want to be like everyone"

"You don't know what I been going through and selling occupy my mind" he said wanting to end this conversation "And the rent been going up, I've seen the bills paper"

"Why you ain't tell me?" Anthony said looking at Katherine

"I don't want to worry you with our problems" Katherine said "Sean, I quit my other job and I just got a new one" he chuckled

"Yeah aight, since prostitution ain't work out for you don't come for me for selling when you have a boyfriend that do the same" he grab his bag off the table ran upstairs, Anthony shot his head at Katherine

"Wait you we-"

"Anthony I Can explain" he shook his head

"Katherine, out of all the things you sold your body" he got up grabbing his stuff

"I didn't sell my body, Anthony please don't leave" she said in the edge of crying

"Man, Katherine I wasn't expecting this from you" he put his coat on "everyone was telling me that you were but I couldn't believe it"

"It's something I did in the past Anthony, it wasn't like we were together"

"I understand Kat, but someone I'm dating has been with god knows how many people"

"When I asked you where you work, that's why you took a while to tell me"

"If I would've told you then, you wouldn't talk to me"

"What's the difference now?" He grabbed his car keys "Bye Katherine"

Her tears fell down her eyes, it's like her world was falling apart. She finally found someone she can talk and rely on, they just walked away. Her household was broken, everyone had their own life.

"You're strong" She encourage herself wiping her tears.
