Chapter 1

Heart woke up suddenly.

"Ahh!" she screeched. She turned only to see Dawnleap. "Oh, it is only you Dawnleap..I am sorry." she sighed. Dawnleap laughed. Then started licking her and said,

"Shinestar would like you to come have your kits at Summerclan," he paused for a moment waiting for an answer, but Heart stayed quiet. "At my clan, please?" he pleaded. He shifted his paws on hers. "It will be fine, I promise." he begged. Heart sighed,

"If it is your wish, I will go." she flicked her tail in frustration. She started to have a sweat problem.

"Are you okay?" asked Dawnleap. Heart turned, her eyes shone with fear,

"Take me to your clan, HURRY!" she pleaded. Dawnleap picked her up and settled her on his back. He knew this was his moment. Heart is having pain because, she, is, expecting our kits! thought Dawnleap running to Summerclan. It was not a while until he was in camp. Tawnyfur jumped in front of him,

"Who is that?" he asked, blocking Dawnleap's way to the entrance of the medicine cat's den. Dawnleap growled in frustration.

"No time to talk," and he shoved Tawnyfur, "Get Shinestar, now!" he yelled. Tawnyfur nodded and ran to Shinestar.

"Dawnleap has a she-cat rouge on his back...I don't know who she is but-" he was stopped by Shinestar voice.

"I need to go, tell the others to stay away," she was about to walk out of the nursery when she turned to Tawnyfur, "Bring Shadefawn. Quick!" she shouted, leaping away from her den. Tawnyfur whispered,

"What is going on..." he growled. "and why not tell me?!" he was startled by Shadefawn,

"Weren't you suppose to tell me to go to the medicine cat's den?" he asked. Tawnyfur nodded slowly, as Shadefawn passed him. By then, to many cats were at the medicine cat's den entrance. "Move!" growled Shadefawn. They made a path. As he went in he garded the medicine den's entrance from any-cat to get inside.

"Why won't you let me in!" cried Silverpaw. Others shouted, 'Move! I need to see', 'Stop shoving!', or 'I see a rouge, but don't know what is happening.' others also try to dig their way into the den. But, it never works.

"Ahhh!!!" shouted Heart inside the den. Shinestar eyes gleamed with anger and happiness.

"So, Dawnleap.." Shinestar asked, "This is your mate, she is pretty." she finished. Dawnleap turned to Heart then Shinestar.

"Your mad...I see it in your eyes..are you?" asked Dawnleap, he twitched his ears a little. Shinestar shakes her head slowly. Then, it came the sound,

"Mew." mewed a small kit. Mapleflower looked at Lightpaw. His eyes gleamed with joy. Shadefawn struggled to keep cats in the medicine den, and before Shinestar could send them away, they all broke in and saw the rouge with two kits next to her. Stormfeather and Feathershine looked at each other.

"What is this I see? It's a rouge having kits!" growled Tawnyfur. Shinestar stared at envy. "You have lots of explaining to do Shadefawn!" answered Tawnyfur, making the cats look at him.

"Oh no, well..." began Shadefawn. "Me and Heart-" he paused as Stormfeather yelled,

"HEART!" he walked to her. "Are you okay? Look you've grown! Look at your kits, who is the fa-" he turned to Shadefawn, "Are you the father?" Shadefawn nodded and walked to Heart. Cats growled and looked at Shadefawn lick Heart. But Feathershine walked to Heart and turned around, sitting next to her,

"I have crush on a rouge named, Dark. He is friendly, he does no harm. He is a good hunter." she finally said, then continued, "Me and him had Heart and Shadefawn. I still love them! I had them in the forest, Dark helped me!" Feathershine started sobbing, "Then.....SOMEONE ALMOST TOOK HIS LIFE!!!" she started growling, "I don't know h-how but the is still alive!" she turns to Tawnyfur. "You did it! You hate rouge, why are you mates with Purpleheart, former medicine cat of Deathclan, you think-" she paused. Tawnyfur stared. "-I....I'm sorry..." she shoved her way through the cats. All of the cats follow and some went to go sleep. Shadefawn started,

"I will name the tom, Heart you name the she-cat, okay?" Heart purred.
