What Are They Hiding?

*Your pov*

I chuckled at the Saiyans as they glared at one another

"How about I sleep on the couch? It's comfy and you guys won't fight over where I sleep" I said

"Plus Vegeta won't get suspicious if I sleep in Goku's room and Goku won't get the wrong idea if I sleep in Vegeta's" I thought to myself

They both looked at me and then back to each other. They nodded in agreement and finished their lunch.

After lunch we went back to sitting in the yard and I felt extremely bored with it. I asked if we could go for a fly around town and they agreed. I obviously can't fly, so Goku held me against him as he flew next to Vegeta.

"I can't believe Vegeta agreed to come with us" I whispered to Goku

"He's probably feeling lonely since Bulma won't be around anymore. Plus, your fun to be around" he whispered into my ear. It sent shivers down my spin. I giggled and looked over at Vegeta, who was staring at us

"Wonder what he's thinking. He always looks so angry" I thought to myself as I smiled at him

As if on cue, the angry Prince snapped at me

"Do you have an actual destination, Y/n, or are you flying us around for no reason!" He asked

I rolled my eyes and laughed at him. He had no patience for anything

"Almost there! Trust me, it's worth the fly!" I smiled at him. He looked back towards the sky and huffed

About 10 minutes later we arrived at a huge cliff. It was a beautiful flower meadow that overlooked the whole town.

Goku gently set me down and I walked over to Vegeta. He stood with his arms crossed as he stared at me. I smiled and threw my arm around his shoulder and turned us so we overlooked the town

"Seeeee. It's beautiful, huh?" I looked at him for some kind of response but he just stood there with his arms crossed.

*Vegeta's pov*

Y/n had us land on some boring looking cliff. I hated being here but I came and I still don't know why. I don't hang out with people and go places with them, yet here I am

"Seeee. It's beautiful, huh?" Y/n asked with her arm around me.

I felt a strange feeling as soon as she touched me. I wanted more of it. More of her. She's touched me plenty of times but this one was different. She's never held me so close to her before. Her whole body was pressed into my side as her arm laid over my shoulders. She was close enough for me to smell her hair. Vanilla. It smelled like Vanilla

I didn't respond to her question and her face dropped a little. She kept her arm around me and stared out at the town

"Beautiful? What's beautiful about this? I fly above this town everyday and it looks the exact same from here. Just pathetic humans living their pathetic lives"

I rolled my shoulders back and pushed her arm off of me. I grunted and walked to a nearby tree, sitting under it. I crossed my arms and watched Y/n's small smile completely disappear. I felt kinda bad but then her eyes lit up when Kakarot walked over to her

"Why is she so happy around him? I'm her friend too and she doesn't get that excited around me"

Y/n sat down on the ledge of the cliff and Kakarot sat next to her. He was awfully close to the human. I narrowed my eyes at them and leaned forward as I tried to listen to their conversation
