It's a Friday morning and everyone at Riverdale high drags themselves out of bed and into school, ready for the last day of the week.

"Hey Archie," Veronica says and kisses him on the cheek as she sits next to him on the couch in the student lounge.

Jughead looks around the room from the chair he is sitting in. "Is Betty with you?"

"No, I texted her this morning but I never got a reply," Veronica says.

"She should be here," Archie says. "I waved at her as we both left our houses. She got into her mom's car and I just decided to walk."

"I'm going to go call her," Jughead says as he stands up and steps out into the hallway. The phone rings three times and then is sent directly to voicemail. He walks back into the student lounge.

"Any luck?" Veronica asks.

"My call was sent to voicemail."

"I'll try calling her throughout the day and you guys should do the same. I'll text you if I hear anything," Veronica says. "We should get to class before the bell rings."

The three of them agreed and walked to class. The rest of the day went on and they all tried calling and texting Betty but there was no luck.

After school Archie stopped by to see if maybe Betty had just stayed home. He knocked and Alice opened the door.

"Hey, Mrs. Cooper, is Betty home?" Archie asks.

"No, but if you see her could you tell her to give me a call. She hasn't responded to any calls or texts all day."

"Mrs. Cooper, she wasn't at school today and hasn't responded to anyone. We are all kinda worried," Archie says, getting more worried by the second.

"I'm calling Sheriff Keller right now. You kids are good at figuring things out, right? Please help me find her, Archie."

"We will find her. I promise," Archie says and runs over to his house.

He sends out a text to everyone that he knows he can trust and tells them to meet at the speakeasy. They need to find Betty even if it's the last thing that they do.

When Archie arrived at the speakeasy everyone that he expected to be there was there. He saw Cheryl, Toni, Sweet Pea, Fangs, Joaquin, Kevin, Jughead, Veronica, Reggie, Moose, and Josie.

"Thanks for coming," Archie says to everyone.

"Archie, what's going on?" Veronica asks.

"I just talked to Mrs. Cooper. Betty hasn't responded to anyone today. I saw her this morning and now she's just gone. Mrs. Cooper is contacting Sheriff Keller but I think there a better chance at finding her if we all work together," Archie explains.

"Where do we even start?" Cheryl asks.

"Betty was dropped off at school by her mom. That's the only time she could've gone missing. She probably arrived at the school around 7:40 based on the time I saw her leave. We need to get into the school and look at the footage of when she arrived at school."

"On it," Veronica says. "Cheryl and Toni you're with me."

"Sounds like a plan," Toni says.

"We should go while the school still has a chance of being unlocked," Cheryl says.

"Yeah, we will text you guys if we find anything." Veronica walks over to Archie and gives him a quick kiss before heading out the door, Cheryl and Toni following behind her.
