Kevin walks down the hall looking for a specific face in the crowd.
"Hey, Archie," Kevin says once he finally sees him,.
"Not now, Kevin," Archie says and rudely pushes him aside while he tries to walk away.
Kevin stands there as he watches Archie walk away.
"Hey, Kev," Betty says as she comes up behind him, "ready to go to lunch?" she asks.
"Uh, yeah," he replies, still looking in Archie's direction.
"Is something wrong?" Betty asks.
"Um, no. It's just that Archie is acting extremely rude for no apparent reason and I don't know what I did. I thought everything was going good between us after, ya know, the whole party thing, but I guess not," Kevin says with a slight frown.
"You should try talking to him later if you can get him alone. He's probably dealing with a lot right now after everything that happened," Betty tries to make Kevin feel better.
"Yeah, I guess. Let's just go eat," Kevin says as they walk to the cafeteria and sit down with the rest of the crew.
"Does anyone know where Archie is?" Jughead asks.
Veronica shakes her head. "Nope, I haven't seen him for hours."
Kevin keeps silent and Betty looks over at him.
"Didn't you just see him, Kev?" Betty asks.
"Yeah, I did," Kevin responds.
"Well," Veronica says, "do you know where he is?"
"No, I didn't see where he went. Excuse me." Kevin says and then stands up and walks inside the school. He walks into one of the restrooms. All of this talk about Archie has got him angry. Why was he such an ass in the hallway. Kevin just wanted to talk to him now more than ever.
While Kevin was in the bathroom pacing while on the verge of tears the door opened and he quickly stopped in his tracks and pretended to be fixing the collar of his shirt in the mirror until he realized that the person that had walked in was Archie Andrews himself.
"Kevin," Archie says and Kevin turns to look at him.
"What, Archie?" Kevin snaps back.
"I- I thought that I should just let you know that I'm sorry. I saw you run in here. Are you okay?" Archie asks.
"You know what, no. Archie, I'm not okay. I understand things must be difficult right now because you're suppose to be the tough football guy that likes only girls but you're not and I'm here to tell you that there isn't anything wrong with that. I know what it's like to have friends turn on you, trust me, I do, but it doesn't give you any excuse to be a total douchebag to the people that truly care about you."
"Kevin I'm sorry. The minute before you tried talking to me some guys were saying some mean things about me, well about us, really, and I was upset. The minute I walked away I felt horrible. Can you forgive me?" Archie asks.
Kevin looks to the ground and back up into Archie's eyes. "Yeah, I can forgive you."
"Good," Archie says with a smile.
In that moment Archie looked at Kevin's lips and Kevin looked at Archie's eyes looking at Kevin's lips. Kevin leaned forward and so did Archie until their lips connected for a brief but sweet kiss.

Okay yes yell at me all you want. I know I didn't post last night but like I literally couldn't because I was at a friends house and I was really tired so I will be posting this and in about 1-2 hours I'll have another one up or I'll just do 2 tomorrow idk yet.
