Elder Ceremony
This ceremony is used when a warrior expresses the wish to retire and move to the elders' den. It honors the warrior's service to the Clan and officially relieves him/her of warrior duties to live the rest of his/her life in peace while being cared for by his/her Clanmates.
Clan Leader: "_(warrior's name)_, is it your wish to give up the name of a warrior and go to join the elders?"
Warrior: "It is."
Clan Leader: "Your Clan honors you and all the service you have given us. I call upon StarClan to give you many seasons of rest."
