Devlan's POV:

I wake up to the sound of something metallic crashing down onto the earth. I jolt up and run behind a counter, which seemed sturdy enough. I hear the voices of mulitple men but they quickly became quiet. So they think I'm armed, not enough reasearch. I think to myself as I crouch down to find a weapon of some sort. Nothing. Well then, let's see if they can take my fists!

I sneak up onto a solider. I'm inches away from his throut where I can push the tendons to make him faint. Just as I was about to do that, I hear a shout from behind and quickly moved away. Instead, the solider in front of me was shot. I see that there is no external injuries, but I check his pulse and breathing. Hm, a stun gun. Might need that.

In an instant, I hear numerous shouts and above my head are beems of the stun guns trying to find me. I carefully run to a more open place with my upper body lowered. As I thought that I could sneak away from the exit that the attackers had opened, around 3 shots were blasted at my back. My vison started to blur, but my will power refused me to pass out now. So I staggered down and crawled towards outside.

By the time I had escaped into an alleyway, away from the attacker's view, I had regained full conciousness and was able to walk properly away from the area. I turned a few corners, slipping in and out of shadows. At last, I felt I had escaped enough and my legs let loose. I stumbled to the ground and took the time to let the sudden adrenaline to go away. My body ached from the harsh movements and I couldn't help but feel weak. Just as I was about to walk again, two figures of white light that moved in circular way appeared in front of me. The white lights were soon replaced with two men. One a young vulcan, the other..... Jim. As Jim waved weakly at me with a crooked smile, the vulcan quickly reached over to my collarbone and pressed.
