My senses come back to life slowly as I lift my eyelids up. My waking eyes see faint lights above me and a shadow of a man. I try to get up to avoid him but I am gently pushed back down to the bed I am laying in.

"Hey, it's alright now. You can rest."

A rusty voice says to me. I try to speak up to ask who he is and where I am right now. But my dry throat only lets out a mumble. The man must have read my confusion and speaks up.

"My name is Leonard Mccoy. You can call me Bones, everyone calls me that. I'm just a doctor that supposed to take care of you before we head to the ship, so don't do anything stupid. Like, you know, try to beat me up or escape. Your dad won't forgive me for that."

Finally my throat seems well enough to function.

How the hell do you get a nickname like Bones? I think to myself. My mind starts to slowly regeneratre to its fullest. I blink a couple of times when I let out a yell.

"WHY THE HELL AM I GOING ON A SHIP!? AND HOW THE HELL DO YOU KNOW MY FATHER!?"

Ok, maybe that was a little bit too loud.

Bones looks at me in a startled way. But quickly turns into a face that says I-knew-you-were-going-to-say-that-face. He laughs a little and looks down at me with assuring eyes.

"Well, let's just say your dad woke up one day and tried to destroy star fleet, then get you and his crew back from this bad guy, then ended up saving the lives of my best friend and captain."

He laughed again at the confusion on my face. What the fuck was dad doing.

"Alright, now I'm going to give you some sedatives. Don't do anything goddamn stupid."

I look at what is in his hands. A penicillin. Oh no. no no no no no. My breathing starts to go unstable, my hands won't stop shaking. Memories. Painful, painful memories. Suffering. I NEED TO GET AWAY. I lash out to Bones' hands and the penicillin goes flying to the wall, breaking up into pieces. Bones quickly tries to restarin me to the bed and calls into the other room in the back for help. I easily get out of his grip and go straight for the door. I run past people in red, blue, white, black clothes. They all look at me sheer terror. But my mind is too crumbled to do anything but run, looking for a place to escape. Run Devlan. Don't let them get to you. If they get you, it's the end.

I hear distant calls from Bones telling me to calm down and come back. But I can't listen to him anymore. He tried to hurt me. It was too foolish of me to actualy start to like him. I can't repeat mistakes like that from now on. All of the people here are enemies.

As I continue running, I see two figures running towards me. The two people I last saw since I came here. Jim and the Vulcan. They have stun guns in their hands. I stop my feet and try to turn the corner. But then a man in black grabbed me by the arms and held me to the ground, pinning me down. He is strong, too strong for an average human. I struggle under his weight, but the man on the other hand, seems relaxed. Several footsteps come towards me and Bones places a hand on head.

"It's going to be alright."

He soothes me. But I know he's not telling the truth. Lies. Lies everywhere. I try to make an attempt to escape. but before I could move another muscle, I feel the once long gone pain of the needle penetrating through my skin and injecting its medincine. The world moves around me in a way it shouldn't and I let out a weak groan as I fall asleep again.
