Fluff
"M-Merry Christmas, Kaccha-!" Katsuki snatched the present out of Izuku's hands. He violently unwrapped the gift. After all of the wrapping paper was off, a little white box was revealed. Katsuki put the box to his ear and shook it. "Ah, be careful, Kaccha-"
"SHUT THE HELL UP, DEKU!" Katsuki snapped at him. "Just open it, you hothead!" Katsuki's mother ordered him. "I'm gonna!" Katsuki yelled back to her and opened the box. There lay a framed picture of when him and Izuku were kids.
Coincidentally, the picture took place on Christmas. Katsuki had his arms around Izuku and Izuku had his arms around Katsuki's neck in front of the Christmas tree. Both of them were smiling really big. "Turn it over." Izuku said eagerly. Katsuki turned it over and there was a small letter. It read, "Merry Christmas Kacchan! I hope you remember this day as much as I do. We were such great friends and I miss those days. Please tell me that our friendship is still alive. I love you. Deku."
Katsuki felt his heart ache. He did remember that amazing day he had with his old best friend.....
Christmas Day is a day that children anticipated all year long. It was two best friends' favorite holiday, Katsuki and Izuku. Those two didn't get along too well, but they still loved to hang out together every day after school. Izuku was so excited to hear that him and his mother would get to spend Christmas with his most best friend in the world.
"Kacchan, tomorrow is Christmas! Are you excited?" Izuku jumped on Katsuki and smiled widely at him. Katsuki smiled a little and pushed Izuku away gently. "Yeah, I'm so ready to see all of my presents!" He said excitedly.
Katsuki had a secret gift planned for Izuku that no one, not even his parents, knew about. He planned to wait until Christmas morning to give him the gift.
The next morning, Katsuki and Izuku jumped out of their shared bed and zoomed to the living room. Izuku beamed and jumped up and down excitedly. His eyes roamed each and every present, Katsuki doing the same. Katsuki remembered the secret gift he got for Izuku, where he put behind the tree.
Katsuki scurried behind the tree and got the present. "D-Deku, this is for you." He reached out the little black box to Izuku. "Don't we have to wait for Mommy to come down before we open anything?" He asked, staring at the little box. "Just open it!" Katsuki yelled, making Izuku jump slightly.
Izuku opened the little black box. He was surprised at the beautiful ring he saw. Getting someone an expensive looking ring is very impressive considering that a 5 year old did it. "Wow," Izuku sighed. "This is so pretty, Kacchan!" Katsuki blushed and snatched the box from Izuku's hand. He took Izuku's hand and slid the ring on, which was too big for his small finger.
"I want us to be friends forever b-because I really like you, even though you're stupid and quirkless." Katsuki mumbled, thinking that Izuku wouldn't hear him, but he did. He embraced Katsuki in a tight, loving hug. "I hope we stay friends forever, too." He mumbled as well.
"Well, well, well. What is this?" The two little boys turned around, breaking the hug, to see Izuku's mother standing behind the couch. "Why are you two blushing so much? What the hell, is that my wedding ring?!" Katsuki's mother shouted and walked towards the little boys. She took her wedding ring from Izuku's hand and put it on her ring finger.
"Katsuki..." She said threateningly and staring angrily at Katsuki. As the two were having a staring contest, Izuku ran to his own mother, grabbing onto both of her hands and jumping excitedly. "Mommy! You should've seen the pretty ring Kacchan got me! It was gold and had sparkly things on it! And he promised me that we'd be friends forever!"
Mamma Midoriya and Mamma Bakugou looked at each other and smiled. "Why don't we take a picture of this special occasion, sweetie?" Mamma Midoriya asked Izuku, bending down to his height. Izuku nodded his head furiously. He ran up to Katsuki and wrapped his arms around his neck. Katsuki wrapped his arms around Izuku's waist and they pressed their cheeks together. They smiled as big as they could.
"Say cheese!"
"Cheeeeese!" There was a flash and then the picture rolled out of the Polaroid camera.
"Oh my God." Katsuki said under his breath. Just then, he remembered another present he got for Izuku. He reached behind the Christmas Tree and pulled out a little black box, similar to the one he had all those years ago.
When Izuku saw it, he perked up and scooted closer to Katsuki. "Kacchan, you didn't!" A hopeful smile appeared on his face. Katsuki opened the little black box, revealing a stunning, golden ring. Izuku gasped and covered his mouth. He nearly teared up. "I remember that day like it was yesterday." Katsuki said. "Except this year, I want to be more than friends." He gently took Izuku's hand and slid the ring on his ring finger and helped him to his feet. The parents watched the two intriguingly.
"Deku, I've matured a lot over the years."
"Pffft," Katsuki's mother cackled on the couch. "Real good joke, son." She laughed loudly. "FUCK OFF, OLD HAG. MIGHT I REMIND YOU THAT I GOT MY SHITTY ATTITUDE FROM YOU!" Katsuki shouted angrily at her. He gathered his composure and turned back to Izuku. "As I said before, I've matured a lot over the years and I want to be something more than your friend."
"OH MY GOD WE'RE FRIENDS?!" Izuku asked shockingly, grinning brightly up at Katsuki. Katsuki rolled his eyes. "No we fucking weren't, you dumbass. With this ring, I want you to be mine, forever." He said in the softest voice he's ever made.
This whole situation surprised every single person in the room. Izuku was so swooned by Katsuki's gentle gaze and soft voice that he instantly said yes without noticing it. "Yes," He sighed romantically. "Of course I'll marry you!" He jumped into Katsuki's arms and hugged each other. It was like a sense of Deja Vu for everyone.
"Woah, woah, woah! Katsuki what the hell are you saying? You can't get married!" Katsuki's mother butted in. "Oh, Mitsuki, just let it happen." Izuku's mother said to her. She took out her Polaroid camera and took a picture of the two boys hugging each other tightly.
"I love you, Kacchan. Merry Christma-" Katsuki pressed his lips against Izuku's before he could finish. "Merry Christmas, Deku." He said, smirking at his small, blushing boyfriend.
This is garbage and I'm two days late in posting this and I'm SORRY! I promise that I'll try to make more of these chapters. The next ones coming up will have to be Christmas and/or New Year's themed to make up for that last few weeks.
