song:
save room - john legendpetals pov
12:03ami literally just couldn't shut my eyes. i couldn't sleep.
i was too incredibly happy to even rest, i just kept replaying this entire time with ethan and his family, the concert and nadias bubbly personality matching with graysons.
it was too great for me to try sleep.
so, i threw my body off the well made bed and let my bare feet feel the soft carpet on the ground. the small pajama shorts and random tee i had on was something i was fine during summer nights.
it was never too cold, but that breeze from the outside could cause a little shiver to run up your back. luckily, no cool breezes were in the guest room i was currently resided in.
i thought of what i was going to do next a little rude. but my stomach basically begged for it.
midnight snacks.
it wasn't my house and definitely wasn't my food. but i had noticed earlier the bowl of chips placed on the nice marble island in the kitchen. and i knew i wouldn't scoff them down mindlessly, only a few of them.
so, slowly, i creeped out of my room, the door being open with the ticking of the hall way clock ringing in my ears. it was peacefully quiet, only small snores being heard from down the hallway.
nadias room was right next to mine, my mind bobbled over thinking that me and her would of had to share a room. but they just managed to have two spare rooms for the both of us.
i had thought of maybe one of the rooms being ethans sisters room; cameron. but nothing in the rooms me and nadia resided in had any trace of things being left behind that could of been hers.
but, there was one room with a shut door.
so i kept that in mind.
once my feet touched the cool hard wooden floor, it sent a weird electricity to travel up my legs.
i made sure to keep on my toes, slowly creeping down as i admired the many photos placed around. they all looked so young, large grins on each face.
i even got to see all the photos of their incredibly stunning sister. her long hair travelling past her shoulders and down her back.
she was beautiful.
one foot touched a single step of the staircase, being a weirdo as i travelled down them with a small dance move. i couldn't help that energy bursting in my body.
the day was just too good.

crunching down on the chips was truly helping out my stomach, my eyes fluttering close as i let my body groove to basically nothing. i was in my own world at this point that i didn't realise the boy behind me.
two large hands gripped my waist, my eyes bursting and mouth full of potato crisps that when i tried spinning around, ethans head popped over my shoulder with that famous chuckle of his.
