Peter took Jody's hand and with a sprinkle of fairy dust Jody found herself flying. They soared up over the water meadows, leaving the lagoon and the sleeping lost children behind. Only Nibs with his fishing rod and Slightly perched on some rocks further along the shore, were awake to see them fly off. They flew on over the forest and towards the mountains beyond. Before the mountains were green sloping hills covered in trees. They flew to a rocky outcrop towards the top of one these hills. The large rock jutted out like a platform from the hill. They glided down to the outcrop and landed at the tree line just beyond.

Come and have a look cried Peter eagerly

Soon they were standing on the rocky crag looking out over Neverland. The sight took Jody's breath away. Cascading waterfalls and roaring rivers were carved into the emerald hillsides, crashing down to the forest below where brown serpent like watercourses meandered lazily through lush undergrowth to the awaiting sea. Beyond the forest were the water meadows and the turquoise lagoon and the coast, like a golden thread edging the tapestry of Neverland. Further west where the forest spread its fingers up a ridge of rocky peaks spires of smoke revealed the location of the native camp. To the east beyond the forest was pirate cove with Hook's ship anchored at its mouth. The mouth of the cove was sandwiched between walls of sharp rocks, like gnashing teeth ready to tear up any ship that got too close. Jody watched in awe as colourful macaws and parakeets flew over the forest canopy

Jody smiled. The sight of Neverland from this vantage point filled her with joy and hope.

This is my favourite place in Neverland. Hope point. From here you can see from the east coast to the western ridge. If ever I have a bad day I come here and look out across Neverland at all the adventures that await. explained Peter grinning

As the sun began to sink low in the sky and lit up the clouds in a blaze of fiery crimson, Peter took Jody's hand once more and they flew from hope point out over the forest.
