Sieraa stepped back into the hallway after her 'visit' with a friend. She was proud that he was so easily manipulated. She sighed and wiped her grin off her face and headed towards the room in which she had left the kids. Opening the door a small beep sounded, signaling every simulation was done. She walked over to a small machine that held results of the kid's simulations and looked over it.
Shelby and Cory - Success
Jess, Jin, and Adam - Success
Lizzie and Joel - Success
Max and Ross - Success
Barney and Red - Success
Sieraa seemed impressed. No group that she had tested on got all success'. They had all failed, but then again the simulations appealed to the subjects interests. She pushed a button and the helmets on the kid's heads went up. A few seconds later they had started to wake up. When they all woke up Sieraa spoke.
"Congratulations you have successfully completed the simulation's." She spoke. And motioned them to follow her.
[Later..]
When they were pushed back into the dim cell they took the time to process what had been happening.
"Ok. So, let me get this straight. We've been kidnapped, tested on, practically tortured, and we have animal parts." Joel stated. He got shaky sighs and nods in reply.
"What else are they going to do to us?" Jess asked. Everyone shrugged.
"Wait. What about our parents?" Ross mumbled leaning into Shelby.
"Oh dirt. We're done for!" Barney called falling onto his back a little more dramatically then intended.
"Who's screaming?" Max called holding his ears.
"Max, no one's screaming. Are you okay?" Lizzie asked.
"Are you sure. Because someone's screaming and it's hurting my ears." Max said. He pulled his hands away and sighed mumbling that it was gone.
"Weird." Adam mumbled.
"What?" Jin asked looking over.
"This didn't hurt." Adam said taking a nearby nail and breaking it between two fingers.
"Woah. How'd you do that?" Red asked looking over.
"Hey where'd Shelby go?" Cory asked. Everyone looked where Shelby was. She was gone.
"I'm still here." Shelby said. She flickered into existence with a confused expression.
"You just- You were just invisible!" Jess shouted.
"So, Max can read minds, Adam has super strength, and Shelby has invisibility." Jin mumbled although everyone could hear him.
"So we have powers now?! Great." Max angrily stated.
"What's next a mad scientist?!" Joel asked.
"Maybe it'll be a nice scientist." Ross mumbled.
Max scoffed. "Yeah right." He called angrily. Ross flinched at his tone and Max's eyes were full of guilt, but he hid it from his expression well.
"Should we try and see what other powers the rest of us have?" Lizzie asked Jin. Jin nodded. He closed his eyes and a small purple light erupted from under his eyelids. When he opened his eyes he stumbled back.
"I can see through the walls." He stated walking over to a keypad that led out of the door.
"You're not trying to escape are you?" Cory asked. Jin nodded.
"Adam, do you have a nail? Preferably not crushed." Jin asked looking over. Adam nodded and handed him one. When Jin turned back around a beep was heard from the keypad. The light from Jin's eyes disappeared and he took a step back as Eric stepped in the cell-like room. He was staring at a clipboard.
"Ok we have another test we'd like to run. This one may be weird though." Eric said looking up from the clipboard. He motioned the kids to follow in which they did without protest.
"After this one we'll give you a better living quarters. The cell will not suffice for what we have planned for you 11." He started rambling. Going through a bunch of corridors they came across the testing wing. Eric punched in the code and they followed him in. They went through more corridors till they came across another door. 'Ability Wing'. He punched in another code and went through the door with the kids. He took a sharp left turn and opened up a door into a blank white room. Several metal doors lined the far wall with different keypads.
"Ok everyone step in front of a door." Eric stated. Max stood in front of the first one and behind him Adam. They ended up being in this order. Max, Adam, Cory, Joel, Lizzie, Shelby, Ross, Jin, Red, Barney, Jess.
"What exactly is this test?" Adam asked.
"Solitary confinement. You'll be in for 24 hours and we'll give you food and water when necessary." Eric stated writing down the order of the kids one his paper.
"Wait, can Ross stay in mine room with me?" Shelby asked taking a step forward.
"Why?" Eric asked. Shelby gulped and walked towards him mumbling something in his ear. Eric nodded understandingly. "You're lucky I'm the one supervising this test. Okay, Ross can share with you." Eric stated. Shelby let out a sigh she didn't know she was holding and walked back to her room motioning Ross to come over. Every one after her moved up a door.
With a sigh Eric pushed a button and the doors opened.
"In 24 hours you're new living quarters will be ready and you will be escorted there immediately and you will stay there for two days before your next test." Eric stated. The kids nodded going into the rooms. The doors shut and they knew this was going to be a long process.
{With Ian}
Ian looked over the file one more time with a sigh. She really wanted this? He sighed putting his current work away in a safe compartment. He didn't want to lose that. He started getting out certain ingredients in order to make Sieraa's wish a reality. This was going to take a lot of work if she wanted it by Monday. And it was Friday. He read over the file one more time.

Date: Friday, June 18th, 20XX
Details: About a month ago we found an interesting specimen. Not human unlike others. But we discovered it and it seems to be a mythical being. One never recorded in history books. This species has evaded our grasp for what seems to be years and years. Many legends and folklore have been written about it though. We've taken blood samples (included) and we wish for you to 'modify' them. We have to new eleven hybrids, but we wish to make something stronger for our plans. Only people with higher ranks know the species of the animal, but if you could make copies of this specimen's DNA than we can make one stronger, faster, more efficient and obedient.
Expected Completion Date: Monday, June 21st, 20XX
