The day I saw you

Chapter 7

"JAZMINE IS DEAD!" Phoebe shrieked.

"WHAT AEW YOU SERIOUS!" Cried Savannah.

"Yep she's gone."

"How?" Asked Levi.

"She got hit by a car."

"A car ?" Said Savannah in disbelieve.

The room was quite as the news sank in. No one really talked until phoebes dad walked in carrying a bag of the clothes Phoebe asked for and a bag from Coles. He placed the bag of clothes next to the window and put the Coles bag on the bed.

"What's this?" Phoebe asked her dad.

"Have a look but they have to last a couple of days ok."

She looked in the bag and let out a little scream.

"Thanks dad yay."

It was a bag full of all her favourite chocolates and lollies. She threw a couple squares of chocolate to Levi and Savannah.

"Yum!" shrieked Savannah.

Jazmines mum walked in the door and everyone went silent.

"I'm so sorry to hear what happened." Said phoebes mum.

"It's ok I don't think it's quite sunk in yet."

Everyone went silent again.

"Can you guys fill in the gaps for me?"

The three looked at each other.

"Yer sure, what do you what to know?"

"What happened at school today?"

"Well." Phoebe began. "I was at my locker changing my books like I always, when she came up to me and started yelling at me and blaming me for her boyfriend and my-ex breaking up with her. I haven't even talked to him since he broke up with me. When Levi heard the shouting and realised that I was in the middle of it he yelled out to me so I yelled back to me but by the time he had yelled again she had already punched me and knocked me out. I got carried up to the office but stopped at the coordinators. Once we were finished there she had a two week suspension. When we walked out she punched me and we got takes up the the principals office. When we were leaving there she hit me over the head with a chair after that I only remember waking up in the ambulance otherwise I have no idea of what happened."

"Also she stormed off and wasn't seen after that." Levi added

"Ok so no one saw her after around recess time?" Asked Jazmines mum.

"Yer around that time."

Jazmines mums phone went off. "Oh I've got to go I hope you get well soon bye."

"Thank you bye."

Shortly after Jazmines mum left all of phoebes family arrived. Lucky she had a large room to herself and everyone fitted in nicely.

"Well I think I'm going to take your friends home now so say goodbye." Said her dad.

"Bye guys thanks for being here."

They all had a big group hug. And Levi and Savannah along with phoebes dad walked out of the room.

"How are you feeling?" Asked phoebes auntie.

"Yer fine I'm just in for overnight observation.

"Well we all brought some gifts."

"Oh thanks."

All her relatives gave her flowers, cards and chocolates. They all left after about 45 minutes. Her mum stayed with her all night and the next morning the doctor came in.

"You will have to stay for a couple more tests and wait for those results to get back."

"Ok, what ever needs to be done."

After she got the tests don't a group of her friends came in with flowers, cards and teddys.

"Hey guys!"

"Hey Phebs we brought you some flowers." Said Aria.

"And a teddy." Said Alison and gave her the teddy bear.

"How are you feeling?" Asked Jessica.

"Oh fine I just have to get a couple of results back and I'm free to go."

"When will you be back at school?" Asked Levi.

"Next week sometime I mean I will be recovering and also the thing that happened, you know yesterday."

"Oh ok." Said Jessica.

Levi looked at his watch. "Well we better be going school starts in 15, I will come see you tomorrow."

"See ya later guys."

"See ya." They all said in unison.

Sorry this is a really short chapter but I promise the next couple of chapters will be jam packed with another funeral, a school camp and the party of the century.
