I eventually got tired and fell asleep after about three hours of talking. I had a horrifying dream about the tournament. I was up against this massive pteridactyl looking thing with razor sharp talons and teeth. It charged at me, and I woke up just as it impaled me with its dagger-like tail, and I yelped in fear. "Hey, chill, it was just a dream." Said Samus. My heart was about to explode out of my chest and run. "What's gotten into you?" She asked. "It was just a dream, I'm fine. Don't worry about it." I assured her. "Hey, we're almost there! What's the first thing you're gonna do?" She asked, anticipation radiating off of her facial expression. "Well, I like the sound of free room service." I said, already daydreaming of ordering an avalanche of bacon. "I'm gonna go to the training area, first thing! I hear they've invested in state of the art rooms that can actually change shape, and change their appearance to any location!" She said with pure excitement in her eyes. "Wow, that sounds pretty expensive." I said. "Oh hell yeah, it's expensive as fuck. I'm talking billions of dollars." She said.
How does Nintendo afford that?! That can't be right. I understand that they're rich, but my goodness! "Oh, there's the place in the distance!" She said, her excitement visibly getting stronger by the second. She pointed outside the window at a massive glass cube shaped building with bright red colored glass making a pixel art depicting the same logo as on the letter and train. I was getting excited, too! I wonder what it's like inside one of those rooms. "They give us three days before the tournament to hang out and practice." Samus explained, practically exploding with energy. Finally, we arrived at the building. There was a small stage just in front of the building. The train came to a complete stop, and Samus tore down the windows, grabbed me in one arm and jumped out of the window. "Um, are you supposed to do that?!" I uttered. "Not in the slightest. But fuck it! we're gonna be first in line!" She said. "For what?" I asked. "The announcements, dummy! Since you're new, you get to introduce yourself in front of everyone else!" She explained. She took off running for the stage in front of the building, me still in her arm. This is fine. I am perfectly okay with the events that are currently transpiring.
