"What?! How did you do that?!" I asked, bewildered. "Simple healing magic. It's not much, but I'd bet you can't even tell that anything had happened!" Explained the Man. "I'm Robin, I'm from Fire Emblem, I specialize in magic. Pleasure to meet you!" He said cheerfully. "If you need something else, don't be afraid to ask!" He continued. "Oh, thank you so much! My name is Isabelle, and that's Lucius!" I said, gesturing to myself and then the Mayor. "Well, I'm glad to have met you! Good luck in the tournament! I hope for your sake, we won't be put against each other~" He said with a snarky smirk. I looked up at the Mayor and gestured towards the elevator. "Well, friend, it's been fun but we have to go now." Said the Mayor in a threatening tone. We entered the elevator and pushed the button. The Mayor grabbed my paw and rubbed it with his thumb. "Isabelle, if we get put against each other, I want a challenge! So we're gonna do some training tomorrow, okay?" He asked. I nodded my head yes. "Well, let's go watch that movie?" I offered. He smiled warmly, and nodded. We made our way back to my room, which, to my dismay, had cold soggy pizza laying there on the bed. The TV was set up, though! "Damn, that's a shame... We totally forgot about the pizza. Let's just get a shit ton of candy and soda!" Exclaimed the Mayor, as he swiftly made his way to the Room Service tablet. I'm not exactly sure I'll do very good in the tournament, maybe I can ask the mayor for help? The Mayor finished ordering our food, and approached me. "I ordered a massive amount of all sorts of candies and soda, it'll be here in like ten minutes, so let's go ahead and start the movie, ok? I picked the scariest one I could find. Let's throw this sucker in and have a good ol' time!" Exclaimed the Mayor. "Mayor, why did they pick ME of all people for smash? I can't fight!" I shouted. "Isabelle, don't you EVER underestimate yourself, because you are not limited by your abilities, you are limited by your own limits you place upon yourself." Explained the Mayor. Well, I guess he's the Mayor for a reason, his pep-talks are insanely effective, He always knows exactly what to say.
