Am I dead? I can hear and see, but I can't move. I tried my hardest just to lift a finger, but only made it twitch at best. I was in some sort of cell, like an empty prison cell, except... I haven't done anything wrong. I saw someone just outside the cell. "Ah, well look who's somewhat awake just in time for my ominous monologue. Ya see, I hate this tournament. I've been wanting to shut it down since the Second one. Now maybe they'll listen. Maybe now, with you gone, they'll finally hear me out and do as I say. Of course, there were a few annoyances along the way, but ultimately this went along perfectly. I really should be thanking you, because you just gave me a one-way ticket to my dreams. I just needed you to be alone for just a few seconds." Said the man. His voice was deep and high bass.. I finally found that I could move my lips just a little, and attempted to speak. "L... Leh.. Lehm ee goo!" I uttered. "Oh, but why would I do that? You actually think that that's going to work? That never works. Ever. Why would I let you go? I have you exactly where I need you. I'd love to stay and chat, but in have shit to do, and you're obviously no fun. Farewell." He said, as he backed away from the cell, escaping into the darkness. Well, isn't this just a fine pickle I've gotten myself into? I looked around to see something, anything I could use to escape. And lo and behold, there was a lock pick on the ground labeled 'convenient object is convenient!' On a sticky note right beside it. Thankfully, due to my... troubled youth, I was proficient in lockpicking, even to this day.
'Cmon, Isabelle! You got this in the bag! I attempted to reach it with my hand, and succeeded. I just need to wait until my fine motor skills return, then I can escape. Thankfully, I'm not bound to anything, but rather just behind bars. Bars that I'm certain I can open. I just need to wait, which thankfully I am a very patient person due to me working at a desk all day.
