Cleo POV
I kept swimming and i swam past to the middle of the ocean hiding between different seaweeds.
But how was it that Charlotte was a mermaid. She could never keep the secret! She would get us all found out.
This was not good!
Why didnt Lewis tell me?...because we hadnt been talking for a while.
After Charlotte had passed i quickly swam back to the shore to dry off.
i ran to the juice bar where i found everyone.
"Guys i have to tell you something really important." i pushed Rikki Emma and waved Bella off the stage.
"You know Charlotte...well it seems that Lewis brought her to Mako or whatever. It had to be on a full moon because....she turned into a mermaid!" i winced on the last part.
"Are you serious?!" Rikki's face told me all that she didnt believe me.
"So Charlotte is now a mermaid?!" Emma shocked threw off her apron.
"This cant be right" piped Bella.
"No its true she-" "wait why should we believe you?" added Rikki.
"Listen im sorry but-" i got interrupted again by James.
"Is everything alright over here?" he asked looking at me.
"No everything fine" i answered.
He didnt get the hint he kept standing there.
"Listen this really is privet" i said shrugging my shoulders.
"Right i have to go anyway to do some stuff." he left a little crushed.
"Good job" Emma watched him.
"How did you meet him?" she asked.
"No come on you guys this is a problem! Charlotte is one of us now she could get us found out if shes not careful..." my voice trailed off as she walked in.
"Here she comes" Rikki breathed
"Hey guys" Charlotte said cheerfully.
"I have something i wanna talk to you all about" she looked at me.
"You guys are good friends and you wont tell anyone. Because i think you all are used it to by now."
"But first i would like to talk to Cleo privetly." Charlotte asked.
We walked over to the other side of the cafe.
"Well it looks like i can have Lewis back? I mean he has to choose one of us and we are just as good. Actually im better because i have more powers then you. Do you know of any of mermaids?" she looked me right in the eye.
i shook my head.
"Stay away from Lewis hes mine" she started to walk away throwing water at me with her powers.
I fell to the floor. Staring daggers at her.
I sprayed water at her and the fight began
