Cleo POV
"Ya i do..is that a problem?" i asked looking at all of them.
"No its just that thats Ash's bro..." explained Emma trailing off.
"Ya i am" James spoke up.
"Oh well i didnt know but i dont think that its a big deal." i said standing up.
"Wait are you guys dating?" Rikki asked.
"No" i said starting for the door.
"Ive gotta go" i started for home.
I walked through the door.
"Hey theres a note for you" called Kim.
She handed it to me and i read it:
Cleo i want to show you something
Meet me at the beach

"When how did you get this?"
"Oh Charlotte came over to find you but then you werent here so she gave it to me."
I ran out the door to the beach.
"Charlotte! Charlotte"
I looked around and then i saw her she was by the rocks.
"What is it?" i asked her whispering fiercely.
"So you know Mako? Well, when Lewis brought me to Mako there was almost something magical but ya know? And the next thing i know i fell through this hole and i was in a cave. Water started bubbling and the magicalness went on and-" she stopped and looked me right in the eye.
"We are friends arent we?" she asked.
"I um i dont know i guess." i said ruffling my hair.
"We are friends arent we?" she stormed standing closer to me. She was towering me.
"Yes of course." i took a step back.
"Great because i have this huge secret i want to show you!" she started to run into the water.
"Come on" she yelled back.
"Ill just wait here."
I watched as she disapeared. Then it hit me...she couldnt have....i turned around and she saw she was sitting on the sand dragging her TAIL!!!!
"Your're a-a-mermaid" i whispered under my breath astounded.
How did i not see where this was going?
"Why were you at Mako?" i asked.
"Look at what else i can do" she said ignoring my question.
She twisting her hands and her tail steamed and her legs were back.
She then froze and molded water.
"Look at this isnt this amazing. And if you could not tell anyone that would be great. O wait look."
She turned around to some dry plants.
I watched as they burned before my eyes.
"What stop!" before i could think i had put out the fire with my powers.
She turned to me her eyes wide.
"How did you do that?" she asked. That is just like my power."
"How? Unless...wait thats why you hate water. In the high school how you always ditched swimming in PE!!!"
"God!" before i knew it she splashed water on me with her powers and i was running into the water. She was chasing me.
