Chapter 36

Rikki POV

I walked home after a long day at work.  I had to choose between Zane and leaving my house to go with my family.  I hadn't told anyone but i have to either move in with my father in another place.  Or i have to get the money somehow to get my own condo or place.

I listened to music as i got my home or shack.  I hoping that my dad might have better news.

When i walked into the kitchen i was surprised to see that Zane was standing talking with my dad.  I stopped when i saw them.  I pushed the pause button on my iPod.  They were talking about something but i couldnt quite make it out.

When i stepped into the house they stopped talking.

"Hey sweetie whats up?" asked my dad.

"What is he?  What were you guys talking about?" i asked not knowing where to start.

"Well we were just having some man to man talk.  Isn't that right Zane?" my father looked to Zane who nodded reasurringly.

"Right" i wrapped my shawl around me tighter and took off my shoes. 

"But darling there is something that i do wanna talk about later." my dad called as i walked past them onto the deck.

I sat on the hammock and looked out onto the beach.

Falling asleep as the warm breeze and quiet sound of the crashing waves.  A sound i had gotten so used to over the years.  Just like the problems my life brings.

Bella POV

I got up as i heard my alarm go off. 

Ready to see what the new day brings...hopefully love.

All i need is love.

I got up and quickly showered...well not really.

I changed and got my school stuff and ran out the door with my brush in hand and phone in other.

I read the old messages with Will on my way.

Will: How are you

Bella: Good thanks :)

Bella: How are you

Will: Good too ;)

Bella: Luv you ;)

Will: Luv you too ;)

I wish that it was like that now.  I need somebody to love me that isn't my parents but it probably isn't going to happen.

But there still is a chance.

I hurried to my locker took out my gym stuff.

My eye caught on a picture...of me and Will at the beach.

He and i were walking on the beach that day.  We were standing next to eachother and his hand around on my waist.

I sighed and slammed my locker door shut and found my way to the locker room.

I hated gym.  I mean it was sort of fun except for when we did swimming.  I always had to do extra credit doing something else.  The only way that i could get out of the swimming!

I quickly changed and ran to the gym.  People were talking in their groups and some were independently stretching before the coach comes.

I found a spot against the wall away from the groups and eyes of the guys.
