So, I have this weird habit that I developed when I was in high school. It was just a fleeting thought, until I acted upon it. Wanna know what it is?
Well, I always leave my bedroom window open. Be it day or night, be it me in or out of the house, nakabukas lang ito and I've never even thought of closing it. Well, I don't actually want to close it. I have my reasons ok?
Stuff like that. And everytime they say that to me, my responses would be:
-Black out yata kagabi kaya binuksan ko. Ang init kasi!
-Maganda kasi ang view sa baba. Ang ganda kaya ng backyard namin.
-I want to appreciate what mother nature gave us.
- Gusto kong mag moment. Ano ba!
These were some of my ridiculous excuses na hindi pinaniniwalaan ng mga kaibigan ko. But I don't care.
Actually, I don't mind really. One time, a lot of different kinds of birds swarmed inside of my bedroom. But I wasn't the least bit worried. I love birds. I love how they fly freely and how their vibrant feathers flutter with each flap of their wings. Their songs filled every corner of my room and I love every tune they make. It makes me feel peaceful. Sobrang nakakarelax talaga kaya hindi ako nagwoworry. Except when one of 'em pooped on my bed. Ugh!
I love cats, but those are stray cats so I need to be careful in catching them. What if they scratch me diba?
And rats... Rats are so fascinating. Yung tipong isa lang muna ang papasok tapos pag the coast is clear na, dadalhin niya agad yung buong pamilya niya. Haha! But I still have to catch them. Who knows what diseases I might get too.
But, animals are not the only things they fear for me.
'What if may mga magnanakaw, rapist o mamamatay tao?! Anong gagawin mo?!'
Ugh! If I were that lucky. Rats, cats and birds are filling but their meat can only last for at least 2 days. I've only had two prowlers who visited me but that wasn't enough. Hmmm... What if i-try ko kayang i-showcase yung mga valuables ko dito like jewelry and stuff? I'm sure they'll take the bait. And I'll have unlimited supply of meat!
