"Never be ashamed of a scar. It simply means you were stronger than whatever tried to hurt you."

-Luke's P.o.v-

Nothing in my mind could figure out what to do as I couldn't stop blaming myself for not doing something about this sooner, but she was being stubborn and I just wanted her to be happy.

I clenched my fist trying to contain myself until I looked over and I seen Jordan fall unconscious in Michaels' arms. He immediately picked her up, and we all rushed her inside the hospital.

"Can we get a nurse?" Emma called out desperately as soon as we entered, as tears threatened to fall from her eyes. My heart pained at her.

A few nurses and doctors came out to see what was going on, and a nurse grabbed her from Michaels' arms, placing her on a stretcher, and immediately rolled  her away, as we followed close behind.

They stopped us, and told us to wait in the waiting room until they get back to us. They pointed over to a group of empty sofas and chairs, and we obeyed, walking over there.

Ashton sat beside me, looking at me, before leaning in. "so whats up with her? she got us all worried man."

"She has these on and off heart problems, I didn't think it was gonna get this serious, I mean I did, but I wasn't hoping it would." I whisper back and clear my throat a bit, seeing my voice almost cracked.

"oh, man.. that really sucks." Ashton said sincerely before slouching back in his seat, seeming to think about something.

"Ma'am you have to stay in the waiting room with the others." We hear the doctor instruct to Jordan's mom as she tried to follow them back there.

She dropped her shoulders, gave up and nodded weakly at them, before slowly making her way over to the seats, where she sat by herself, covering her mouth. My heart ached looking at her in this state and then she began quietly sobbing to herself.

"My poor baby.." she whispers to no one in particular.

"I'm sorry for all of this Mrs. Heather, I didn't know this was going to happen, but I promise it'll be okay." I try to reassure her, when we both know its not going to be, as I smile at her. She smiles back and then looks at the rest of the boys curiously with tear filled eyes.

"And might I ask who all of you are? I didn't know Jordan had other male friends." Emma asked them sniffling, while wiping away her stained cheeks.

"I'm Ashton ma'am." Ashton says with a small wave of the hand, with a small warm smile.

"I'm Micheal." Micheal introduced next, and fixed his pants some.

"And I'm Calum ma'am, it's very nice to meet you. We just met your daughter today. She seems lovely, I'm very sorry that this has happened, we had no idea what was going on when it had happened." Calum apologized and talks with his hands as it to show he truly cares about what's all happening and to show we are here for her.

"Oh I see, hm. It's nice to meet you all, I'll make sure to get more familiar with the three of you later on." She said smiling warming at all of them, which they returned with sympathetically.

After a few moments in silence, the doctor made him way into the room, clearing his throat to get our attention. We looked up to meet eyes with him, too see he didn't look like he had some good news to share with us.

"Alright, only family can come see her at this point." the doctor says informing us meaning only real family could come in.

"We are all her family, trust me," Emma says and the doctor doesn't seem to question and leads us the way to her room. 249.

I feel nervous and anxious to see hows she's doing, I wipe my palms on my jeans and follow after everyone as they walked into her room. My face immediately dropped as I looked at her to see she's been attached to cords, and tubes, with a breathing tank beside her. The look on her face is what got me, it looks like she's giving up as her eyes lay lowly open, staring up at the while bumpy ceiling.

"Jordan? Honey?" Her mom says cautiously. Jordan slowly daggered her eyes towards all of us and you could see her mouth quirk up into a small, weak smile. I can't do this, I can't, I just can't.

"Hi." she breathes out quietly, making it hard to hear her.

I blink away my watery eyes, and clear my throat. I avert my eyes away from her and take a seat beside the door, keeping my eyes locked to the ground. Ashton sat beside me and put a hand on my shoulder in comfort.

I heard the door creak open, so I looked up to see a doctor and a small nurse come inside the room. They had this look on their faces that showed sympathy, sadness, and amusement? The next words that came out the doctors mouth, had me lean in to listen carefully, anxiously.

"We have some bad news for you all."
