It took two hours. We didn't stop at all, not even for gas. He also didn't speak. It was quiet and all that was heard was the crackle of other officers over the radio.

When we passed the welcome to Riverdale sign he turned on the GPS. I knew things weren't going to be as bad as it seemed when I saw a sign welcoming us to Sunny Side trailer park. We turned down that road and my eyes were glued to the windows.

There were many trailers lining the sides of the roads. Some were just camping trailers and others almost built into small homes. There were kids outside and adults gathered in groups smoking and chatting. I saw many people wearing jackets with snakes in the back.

We pulls up to a trailer with two motorcycles out front. Officer Davis shut off the car and came around to the back he pulled me out and grabbed my bag. My arms were so sore and I couldn't stretch them because I was still in cuffs.

He was leading me towards the trailer when the door burst open and two men burst out.

"What the hell is going on here!" The older one shouted. He was wearing a flannel shirt and worn jeans. His beard was scruffy and going grey, but his facial features looked a lot like my fathers. Next to him was a dark haired boy who looked like a teenager. He had on a beanie with edges like a crown.

Officer Davis went to pull me towards the step to talk but they ran down to meet us.

"What the hell are you doing on my property?!" The older man yelled again.

"Sir are you Forsythe Pendleton Jones the Second?" Officer Davis asked.

"Yes but I just got released. If your sent by the prison then I didn't do anything." I smiled at this because that's what all trouble making people say.

"No sir. I'm not from the prison. But this is for you." He took the cuffs off me and I finally got to stretch my arms and rub my wrists.

"We don't know who this is." The younger boy observed looking me up and down. My eyes immediately met the ground.

"This is Riley Jones. The daughter of the late JB Jones. She has no other family members and if you don't want her we will surrender her to the system." Officer Davis Said coldly. The younger man looked confused but FP now had a look of surprise and realization.

"Yes we'll take her. Thank you Officer." He grabbed my arm and pulled me towards him and the young guy.

"Good day to you gentlemen." Without another word Officer Davis got in his car and left. No paper work, no investigation, nothing. This has to be illegal on every level.

"Dad what's going on?" The younger boy asked as I was dragged into their trailer.

"Sit." FP Said to me and I was in no position to argue. I sat at the table and he sat across from me. "JugHead, this probably doesn't make any sense but this is my brothers kid. And Riley I'm FP your dads brother and this is my son JugHead." The younger man I now knew as JugHead still looked confused as ever.

"What do you mean brother dad? You never told me about having a brother." FP shook his head sadly.

"Well I never thought I'd need to have this conversation." He ran a hand down over his face and then the attention was turned to me. "Where are your parents kid?"

I didn't say anything and just shrugged. This caused FP to sigh and JugHead got frustrated.

"Whatever. I have some things to do to get ready for your party." He grabbed a leather jacket with a snake on the back and got ready to leave. "Be careful dad. We don't know her." And then he left.

"So kid. Where are you from?" He looked desperate for answers but I felt uneasy. Everything happened so fats this was so strange. He sighed again. "Are you gonna give me anything to work with here? I stuck my neck out for you kid, I don't even know if you are who he said you are." This time it was my turn to sigh. And I gave in.

"I'm from Centreville." I didn't look at him but I felt his eyes burning into my head.

"So your parents. What happened to JB and Marigold?" He asked slowly studying my face for a change.

"Well you know my dad is dead. The Officer told you so. He was shot when he was out dealing. And my mom, she's dead too. I never met her." I looked up at him and he still had a tough exterior on but his eyes softened.

"I'm sorry to hear that kid. So how long ago did my brother pass?" He look so vulnerable I almost felt bad to tell him it was only 10 hours ago. "Wow, So still really fresh. How you holding up?"

"I'm okay." I realized then that I kinda was. I always knew something bad would happen to him when he was dealing. I didn't expect it so soon though. Maybe it's just me who's messed up though, cause I didn't even cry and my only parent is dead.

"Well now that we got that out of the way. Why were you delivered in handcuffs?" He chuckled and I smiled.

"I panicked when they told me they found you and took off. They cuffed me because I had a weapon." His eyes widened a little and I quickly reassured him. "I don't have it anymore."

"That's fine. Nothing wrong with having something to protect yourself." He got up and opened a cupboard drawer and pulled out a switch. "Here, you might need this living around here." He passed me a switch with a black handle and I put it in my jacket pocket.

"Thanks." He gave me a tight smile.

"Well with three of us living here it's gonna be a little tight. You can have my room and I'll sleep on the couch. So you can get your stuff and get settled." He turned to walk towards the couch.

"No I can't. Thanks for letting me stay but I can't take your room." He shook his head and laughed.

"Your moving into a house with two guys. Trust me you'll want your own room." He smiled and I accepted not wanting to argue anymore. I stood up and went to walk down the hall to find his room when he noticed my jacket.

"Wait, where'd you get that jacket kid?" I turned around and tried to look at my back.

"It's my dads." He laughed again.

"He took the patch off. Carry on kid."

I found his room and it was mostly empty aside from the bed and a dresser with clothes. The room was small but still bigger than the room I had back at my old trailer. It seemed that the lack of sleep I got last night and my uncomfortable sleep in the police station was catching up to me. I sat down on the bed and immediately fell asleep.

FP's POV

I knew who she was the minute I saw her. She looked like a perfect combination of my brothers features with her green eyes and dark hair and her mother's features with the sharp jaw and the same nose. She looked a little rough but who wouldn't after what she has been through.

I don't even mind giving up my room. I've missed out on 16 years of my nieces life, giving up my bed is a small price to pay to get to have her live here. And my brother, he was such a trouble maker. But he was determined to do the best thing for his family and left the gang and us behind.

I decided to go see how she settled and if she wanted anything to eat. "Hey kid are you.."  She was curled in a little ball on the end of the bed fast asleep. "Your gonna be just fine here kid. Just fine."
