10- Take it Back Styles

I woke up from a nightmare around five in the morning, Nova had to leave to take Jakey to school because the sitter was out on a family emergency and their mom works nonstop, she's a nurse. Not wanting to say in my apartment alone I went along with her and after we dropped him off we crashed at the boys place.

"Wakey Wakey eggs and bakey" Daniel sung above me, giving him a questioning look I stare up at him.

"How are you up before me gremlin?" I asked rubbing my eyes.

"I haven't gone to bed" he admits, furrowing my eyebrows I ask him for the time, "It's eight, come on I made breakfast."

I groan and get up, lazily making my way into the kitchen. "Morning sunshine" Beau greets handing me a cup of coffee.

"Oh God, I love you" I say gladly taking it, best part of having friends since birth is them knowing how you take your coffee.

Daniel stood in front of the stove making pancakes as Luke, Nova, Beau and I sat around the table. Jai trotted in minutes later, "I smell food" he says sitting next to me.

Just as Daniel finished up breakfast the doorbell rang and we all shouted nose-ghost, loser had to get the door, which in this case was Jai. I'm sure it was the hangover that slowed him down, "You all suck" he murmured before getting up. He was always the worst drunk.

"Did Lincoln leave already?" I asked passing Beau the fruit bowl.

"Yeah, he went for his jog then left to the recording studio" Nova answered.

"Hello there, delivery for Zara Mendoza?" I heard a male voice drift off from the entrance.

"Is there anything I have to sign?" Jai asked as the man said no, he thanked him, and I heard him close the door.

"Z, this is for you" he says bringing in the small package. For a second my breath got caught in my throat... it couldn't be from him... I have a restraining order against him, he knows better...

"Aren't you going to open it?" Nova asks pulling me out of my thoughts.

"I uh, don't know who it's fr–"before finishing the sentence I read off the senders name, "It's from Harry..." I say confused.

"SHUT UP!" Nova squeals jumping out of her seat to come stand next to me, "You've got to be kidding me, you have to open it."

Smiling and feeling all mushy inside I tear open the yellow wrapping paper, and find a gift card and note...

I flip over the gift card and look at the amount.

"A five-thousand-dollar gift card to Forever twenty-one?!" Nova freaks out beside me as I stare at it unable to comprehend how he could just throw money like that.

"Uh oh" Jai states as I set it down on the counter.

"Who does he think he is?" I ask amused.

"From the looks of it he's trying desperately to get your attention Z" Beau says, picking up the note.

"Did you just stumble upon a sugar daddy?" Nova asked as everyone around the table laughed out loud.

"Nova shut it" I say frustrated, Harry Styles is going to get a piece of my mind.

"Where are you going?" Daniel calls after me as I put on my shoes.

"Gonna go see Harry" I utter, but Daniel convinced me to eat breakfast with everyone first and then I was free to go murder Harry, he even offered to give me a ride.
