Chapter 20: Nightmare vs. Airachnid

(Few months later, Airachnid gets a location of the ship..)

Nightmare and Starscream had to do something personal. So, Dreamweaver and Wildracer were left with Knockout with Alexandrite who's still a baby. "Ugh, I need to get something, stay here..",Knockout says and leaves the room.

Weaver and Racer were playing with Alex and their toys. But, in a few minutes, they got bored and Knockout hasn't come back yet. The three peaked through the door and leave the room, but go to a different direction on the hall. They walk, but Alex couldn't walk yet.

The hall was dark. They hear slight creepy sounds, "what was that?",Weaver said. Airachnid was spying on them. They slowly look up scream when they see Airachnid.

Knockout comes back with some things, "Guys?",he looked around. Star and Night walk in, "Knockout, what are you looking for? And where are the kids?", Night asked. But, Knockout was looking for them.

"Knockout, you lost them?!",Star shouted.

"Star, calm down, we will look for them..",she says.

They start looking. Airachnid put their kids in a cell with arms behind their backs webbed. Airachnid went searching for night.

Nightmare senses her. "She's here...",she says.

"Airachnid", Star says..

Airachnid comes out of the dark hall, "Ah, you again... Nightmare..",she says.  Nightmare looks at her, "yeah... Airachnid... gonna ask you a question. Have you seen our kids?",starts to growl lowly.

"No, they're not in a cell.",Airachnid says.

"We never said anything about a cell",Starscream says. Airachnid webs his mouth and his falls back. "Starscream!",she says and attacks Airachnid.

(In the cell)

Alexandrite starts crying. Weaver and Racer hear a noise. "Wait, what is Airachnid doing?",Racer says, but Weaver shushes him.

"Where are my babies?!?!",Nightmare shouts loudly.

"Is that mommy?",Dreamweaver says. Alex was still crying and couldn't stop, she wants her mommy and daddy. So, Weaver and Racer called Night few times.

Nightmare was scratching Airachnid on her body. She throw off Night to the wall. Night groans and growls.

Airachnid pins her down. "This isn't the day I remove your kids' sparks including your baby, but.. I will remove yours",she says.

All of a sudden, Starburst runs in and gets Airachnid. He bites and rips off her spider legs. Then energon spills on the floor, even from his mouth. He drops her legs and Airachnid grabs them. She walks away.

Starscream comes running with the kids, "Mommy!!",the twins said.

Night had cuts and wounds, some energon was dripping and she pants. Starscream helps her up and the twins hugs her. Alexandrite reached out for night, "m-momma..",she speaks.

Night was surprised and smiles warmly, "her first word..". Starscream nods. The twins giggle and Starburst comes over. "Good job, Starburst..",she says and he nods. He gently licks Alex's cheek and she hugs his face. He started to purr, blush lightly and tail wags.

The family laughed and chuckled, then Alex falls asleep...

Nightmare sighs.. "she'll be back..."
