Chapter 43: Gem weapons

(Night thought about what her kids said about fighting, sword fighting. But they need to activate their gem to summon their first weapon.)

Night was on the flight deck with her twins. They had slight growth spurts once every two weeks which changes their age. Both had their parents' personalities, more courage and royal. Weaver and Racer sit on the floor.

"Alright, my children.. I don't think you should be sword fighting.. yet. Because you need to summon your weapons from your gem like mine.",she said and looks at them. Her servo lights up a bit. She opens up their chest. They both had half of her gem. Dreamweaver has the bottom half on Night's gem. Wildracer has the top half of her gem.

"Excuse for that. Alright, to activate your gem is to relax or imagine something that enjoys you.",she looks at both of them.

"Think it should be easy",Wildracer said. He closes his optics and sighs deeply.

"Let it flow in you... think",Night's voice echoes in their heads. But their gems didn't seem to glow. The twins were confused why it was glowing or why a weapon wasn't summoned. "Nothing's happening.",Weaver said.

"It'll happen, just give it time.",Night said. But nothing happened still. Next they tried something else. Night hands Weaver and simple sword and one to Racer. "Be careful. This will be a test.",Night said. Starscream hears them. They attack each other, but try not to hurt each other. Wildracer was block her every move. But at one move Weaver's sword throws his out. She raises her in the air, and goes at him. During the middle, out of nowhere, a shield appears blocking her move. Weaver was surprised, so was Night. The shield was strong, unbreakable and had a night fury symbol on it. "No way..",Weaver said and back up a bit. Racer had his optics wide open. Night walks over, "my mom's shield... Racer.. this is your first weapon..",she was proud of him. Weaver was a sadden that she hadn't gotten hers yet. Star walks over to them. "I'm impressed.",he said.

"Dad! Dad, look!",he said and shows his shield to his dad. Star smiles.

(Next day)

In the morning, Weaver was ready for her training with her mom. "Okay, First lesson. *gives her a sword* this will be your component.",Night said and uses her gem to make a hologram of herself.

"Wow",Weaver said amazed.

*Do you wish to engage in combat?*,the holo said.

"Activate training mode for my daughter",Night said. The hologram twitches and activates. Weaver felt nervous and was holding the sword close to her. And her training begins. Nightmare was watching her. "Focus, Weaver..!",Night shouted. The hologram sways the sword from her.

*Opening detected*,she said. Dreamweaver was getting scared. Her gem glows and a black spear as a defender. The spear goes through the hologram and it twitches and disappears. Weaver was surprised, "Wow..".

"My black spear..",Night said and looks at her.

Weaver smiles and starts swinging her weapon around happy. Nightmare was proud.
