LoveBites-Prologue

*Liams POV*

I bit my lip, trying to stifle the moan that was rising up my throat. My girlfriend, Maeve Noitcerid, was sucking my neck, right on my sweet spot, so intensley that it hurt.

I was going to push her away, the pain becoming almost unbearable, but the pleasure I got from the pain was too much.

I gasped when she nicked at my skin with her sharp teeth. She kissed my sweet spot one last time before she pulled away.

I untangled my hands from her short red hair, staring into her sapphire eyes, which looked even more alluring with the slight blood red tinge around her pupil. She wiped her mouth with the back of her hand, smirking as she pulled her hand away and leaned in towards me.

"Did I hurt you?" she whispered in my ear, sending shivers down my spine.

"Only a little babe, but im fine." I rubbed at my now sore neck. Maeve noticed this.

"I told you it was going to hurt. Whyd you agree to do it then?" She eyeed me curiously.

"I-I wanted to make you happy because youve wanted this ever since I found out and you seemed on edge and stressed out, so i figured if took some of that from ou it might help you." I choked out looking at the floor of the club bathroom, blushing.

"Awwrh baby, you didnt have to do that for me! I was just worried about what Society would do to me, what theyd do to YOU, if they found out i told you."

"But you didnt tell me, I found out myself. So you wouldnt get in trouble cuz of that right?" I asked hopefully taking her hands in mine.

"Id still get in trouble, but not as much if I told you, and you would probably have your memory earsed. But now your part of Society, so they cant do that to you, its against the rules." She replied with feigned confidence.

I nodded. "Is there anything I need to know?" I asked Maeve quietly.

"Well, no telling anyone. Society is super strict, and it can get really painful sometimes, but mostly at first. But other than that not really youll figure it out along the way." She shrugged at the end, smiling up at me.

"Oh ok thats alittle reassuring."

We unlocked the bathroom and left the club, flagging down a cab. The whole ride we were silent, our fingers intertwined, and occasionally winking and smirking at each other.

The driver stopped at Maeve's place first. She got out but before closing the door, she leaned in and pecked my cheek, whispering "Welcome to Society" Winked and sauntered off sexily.

What the hell did I just get myself into now?
