After a spectacular come from behind win, the Raiders head to Princeton to play the defending ECAC hockey champions. Colgate and Princeton play at Hobey's House with two points on the line. With 19:01 left in the first period Tyler Penner scored to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 12:19 left in the first period Alex Riche scored on the power play to tie the game 1-1. With 11:46 left in the first period Mark Paolini scored to make it 2-1 Princeton. Benson and Ferland match zeros for the remainder of the first period so it remains 2-1 Princeton heading to the second period. With 4:49 left in the second period John Snodgrass scored to tie the game 2-2. Benson and Ferland match zeros for the remainder of the period so we head to the third tied 2-2. With 13:20 left in the third period Jeff Stewart scored to make it 3-2 Colgate. With 8:01 left in the third period Bobby McMann scored on the power play to make it 4-2 Colgate! With 7:31 left in the third period Max Veronneau scored to make it 4-3 Colgate! Benson and Ferland match zeros for the remainder of the period and Colgate wins 4-3! Colgate improves to 6-10-2 on the season and 3-3-2 in ECAC hockey play! The Raiders move up to sixth place in ECAC hockey with the two points tonight!
