After the Raiders fell apart last night, Colgate returns to the ice for the final time this season against the official number twelve seed in the ECAC hockey tournament Saint Lawrence. With 18:31 left in the first period Jacob Nielsen scored to make it 1-0 Saints. With 10:51 left in the first period Carson Gicewicz scored to make it 2-0 Saints. With 7:19 left in the first period David Jankowski scored short handed to make it 3-0 Saints. Andrew Farrier and Emil Zetterquist match zeros for the remainder of the period and so 3-0 SLU heading to the second period. With 14:39 left in the second period Bobby McMann scored on the power play to make it 3-1 Saints. With 11:31 left in the second period Michael Ederer scored on the power play to make it 4-1 Saints. Zetterquist and Farrier match zeros for the remainder of the period and so it remains 4-1 Saints heading to the third period. With 9:46 left in the third period Ryan Garvey scored to make it 5-1 Saints. With 3:14 left in the third period Jacob Panetta scored to make it 5-2 Saints. Zetterquist and Farrier match zeros for the remaining twenty minutes and St. Lawrence wins it 5-2. Colgate finishes the regular season with a record of 10-21-3 and 7-12-3 in ECAC hockey play heading to the first round of the ECAC hockey tournament next week.
