After a extremely successful weekend last week, the Colgate Raiders head to the north country to play Clarkson and Saint Lawrence. Mitch Benson and Jake Kielly match zeros in the first period so we skate to a scoreless, first intermission tie. With 13:02 left in the second period Jeff Stewart scored to make it 1-0 Colgate. 16:56 left in the third period Nico Sturm scored to make it 2-1 Clarkson. With 13:27 left in the third period Aaron Thow scored on a penalty shot to make it 3-1 Clarkson. With 5:59 left in the third period Tyler Penner scored to make it 3-2 Clarkson. Jake Kielly slams the door on the Raiders and Clarkson wins 3-2. Colgate drops to 10-20-3 on the season and 7-11-3 in ECAC hockey play heading to the final game of the regular season tomorrow.
