After an embarrassing weekend a weekend ago, the Colgate Raiders return to the Class Of 1965 Arena to play ECAC Hockey's north country St.Lawrence and Clarkson. With 11:17 left in the first period John Snodgrass scored to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 10:39 left in the first period Jacob Panetta scored on the power play to make it 2-0 Colgate. With 1:30 left in the first period Zach Risteau scored on the power play to make it 2-1 Colgate heading to the second period. With 6:10 left in the second period Hunter Racine scored to make it 3-1 Colgate. Benson and Zetterquist match zeros for the remainder of the second period so it remains 3-1 Colgate heading to the third period. With 1:00 left in the third period Zach Risteau scored to make it 3-2 Colgate! Benson and Zetterquist match zeros for the final sixty seconds and Colgate wins 3-2! Colgate improves to 8-17-2 on the season and 5-8-2 in ECAC hockey play welcoming in Clarkson tomorrow!
