Chapter 16

Venice' POV

Patay talaga ako kay meggan kapag nag fail yun! pero sure ako magkakaroon ng something doon sa dalwang yun ehh! hindi big deal sa akin na nakipag break yung ex ni kuya sa kanya ehh. On and off sila lagi at mukhang si kuya nga lang may pake ehh, sira kasi yun na in love sa isang girl na hindi sure sa lahat ng bagay.

"Hi little Xavier!"Pangungulit ni Chase.

Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay.

"Ohh?"I asked.

He smiled.

"Wala lang."Sabi niya ng naka ngiti.

Parang baliw ang isang eto.

"Wala pero nakangiti, baliw."Sabi ko.

tumawa siya.

"Ang aga aga sungit."Biro niya. "Namomotivate pa naman ako sa mukha mo."He mumbled.

napatingin ako sa kanya.

"Ha?"Gulat kung sabi.

Umiling siya.

"Wala, wala."Bawi niya.

Sinimangutan ko siya.

"Ako pa niloko mung wala ehh sa pagkakarinig ko namomotivate ka sa mukha ko, ikaw ahh! crush mo ako ahh!"Biro ko.

Namula siya. Sabay tawa ng malakas.

"Naniwala ka naman? Siyempre joke lang, alam kung para kay Alex ka. The way you stare at him. With one look, I can probably see how you like him." Kalmado niyang sabi.

Pinilit kung ngumiti. Dapat lang ngumiti ako, eto gusto ko di ba?

"Haha got you! Mas napaniwala kita." I lied. "You like Kc rt? Nakukwento mo siya sa akin lagi. Para kang nasa cloud 9 kapag nagtututor kayo di ba?" I tried to act cool.

Ayoko ng marinig ang sasabihin niya. Bakit may jealousy akong nararamdaman.

He bitterly smiled.

"She' nice. She's intelligent. She's all I can dream for, for a girl." He smiled.

I gasped. Nanginginig yung kamay ko ngayon. Gusto ko siya sabunutan na ewan.

"Sabi ko sa iyo ehh."faked a laugh.

"But she's not you!" He pointed on me. "Because you're the type of girl I wanted to put a reality on."He confessed.

Tuluyan na nanlambot tuhod ko. He grabbed my waist.

"You are morethan a friend to me Venice." Chase pointed out.

I inhaled sharply and exhaled slowly.

"Kuya xavier will kill you! We are good friends." My voice is shaky.

Medyo overwhelmed ako na ewan.

"No! Don't pull that to me. Don't even try to- this is not how you treat your friends!" He is mad as hell.

I shaked my head.

"I don't get you!" I shouted back.

"Did you ever pull a prank to blake or dylan? Tapos kapag nagagalit na sila aamuin mo then i hahug mo?" He asked.

"No!'" I answered briefly.

"Lagi mo bang hinahanap sa paningin mo si Alex?" He asked.

I nod.

"Oo crush ko siya." I fast replied.

"But did you ever try to talk to him? Be comfortable? Go out?" He asked.

I shooked my head.

"No."

He smiled.

"See? Thus that look like friendship?" He asked.

I nod.

"You can be nice with someone, you can go out with them, you can be close to them and most importantly you are comfortable with them." I explained.

"I see." Sang ayon niya. "But do you ever see a friend smile and blush to his buddy? Share something you look forward in the future? Laugh his/her heart out even if nothing is funny just so walang dead air?" He asked. "Ikaw lang ang ganyan Venice! Sana...sana si Kc na lang ulit, para di na ako nagkaka ganito." He took one step back.

Napaka lungkot niya.

"I can get all the girls I want." He said proudly. "But they are not you." He lost confidence. "They will never make me feel excited, happy and lively like you!" He is said with a cute sad pout. "They will never be you and all I wanted is you." He is kinda frustrated in the most sweetest way.

Is that even possible?

Kc's POV

I can't accept na hindi na ako ang kasama lagi ni Chase. Ako naman lagi pero bakit si Venice bigla? Minsan naisip ko na nagiging mean na ako sa kanya pero kasi I love Chase. We are doing fine until dumating siya. Eto pa si Alex, he confess everytime he met me ehh. Like I know na and that's no fun for me anymore. I should be focusing on more important things, like studying pero Chase is different. I don't wanna let him go without fighting.

"Chase!" I pat his shoulder.

Nasa room kami..

"Hi!" Bati ko.

He smiled.

"Hey! Anything added sa lesson?" He said.

I winced.

Umiling ako.

"Not about studying. It's just you know, I wanna talk about anything just like good couple?" I joked but deep inside kinakabahan ako.

He raised his brow.

"Ahh haha...nagkakamali ka ata, tutee mo ako and tutor kita. You know I have so much respect on you. But being couple is the last thing I wanted from you. You know, alex has-"

I faked a laughed. He stopped.

"Thanks for the respect but you know hindi kami ni alex. That will never happen. We're friends." Medyo hindi komportable kung sabi.

Something fall from my behind. Paglingon ko andoon si Venice at Alex.

"Ohhh." Sabi ni Venice.

Hindi ako makatingin kay Alex. I took a glance and he's not on his usual aura. Something just like died down on his system.

"You shouldn't rub it in kay Chase." He said sharply. "You're like putting salt in an open wound and you didn't know how damn it hurts. You don't know and you will never know." He stepped one step back.

I was about to say something like sorry but he stopped me.

"Just so you know. I shouldn't love you but I want you, I just can't turn away." He is crying.

I stood up and run from him but he put his arms to stop me.

"Save your sorry, I'm finding ways to make this damn idiot feeling to stop." Then he live.

It's all my fault. I took a bad desicion and how I wish luck was on my side.

I'm so confused while crying.
