    "It was you!" said Jake. I could feel my heart pick up speed. 'This is wrong' a little voice in my head said. Why does it matter if it's me! suddenly Natalie came in the room. I could not be more happy. "Hey Tori I'm heading out. Do you want to tag along?" she asked. "Oh,  Hey Jake" she said.

   "yeah I'll be right down" she nodded and left the room. I looked back at Jake,and grabbed my phone. Suddenly, Jake gently grabbed my wrist. I looked up at him feeling a little startled. " can we please-" he started saying, but I cut him off. I put my hand on his cheek, and looks  him in the eyes. No matter how much I want this, us, to happen it can't. He has melody and the baby. At least I believe it is his baby. "Jake we need to forget this. You need to figure out melody and the baby" I said.

    Natalie and I split up after a while. I went into this candy shop and decided to get something. I casually walked to the lollipops section. I picked up about seven different big lollipops. On the other side of the section, I can hear a familiar voice. I looked through a little opening an saw melody. She looked scared. I stayed quiet and listened. I know eavesdropping is bad,but whatever. She was talking to one of the girls that was with her the day she told me she don't like me.

"when I took the first test, it said I was pregnant" said Melody, picking up a pack of Jolly ranchers.

"So what happen?" The girl asked. I took this time to record them on my phone.

"I decided to take a second test. you know, that's what everyone does. The second test said negative. I started to panic and took a third" she said, getting more stuff. judging by the way she was slamming things in the basket, she is not having a baby.

   " I'm sorry Melly" said the girl. She place her hand on Melody back. "Don't you touch me! Why is everything not going my way?! Jake is not happy with me I can feel it. That stupid Tori girl in my way" she said, I decided to walk past them. She noticed me an  called my name.

"Tori! Hey" she said, her fake smile made me sick. I slowly turned to face her. "Hi.." I said with an emotion no where to be found on my face.

    "Did you hear the great news?! " she asked Touching my shoulders. I pulled away from her. Why would she touch me if she does not like me. "You mean you faking your pregnancy?" I said with a smirk on my face. "I don't know what you are talking about" she said, stepping away from me. " So doesn't Jake. I should call him and tell him" I said walking away. She grabbed my arm.

"Don't you dare!" She said, her face turning red. "Try me.."

     When I got home, I took a cool shower. Today was pretty hot. I have been avoiding Jake. I just can't seem to forget what happen earlier. So much has been happening and I need to get it all off my mind. Tomorrow is the last day of school. Meaning I will no longer be a junior. My senior year is finally coming through. I put on a Tom and Jerry over sized shirt,and some shorts. I climbed under my covers, and pulled out my dairy. It has been so long since I wrote in it. Here goes nothing.

     In our crazy lives, we will meet one person who stand out like no other. we grow close with this person to the point, when we talk for hours without a sting of boredom. They will run across the world to help you through your tough times, and they would not judge you. That's called love. That person is your best friend.
