Chapter twenty-seven : She's back

Beep beep. That stupid alarm kept going for five minutes straight. "I think we should get up now babe" Jake whispered in my ears. I rubbed my eyes and frowned. I fell asleep in Jake's arms last night. I slowly opened my eyes and looked up at him. He looked down at me and smiled.

"I can get use to this " he whispered.

"You mean you being a creep" I said sitting up,while laughing.

"Yeah,that's funny" he said mocking me,as he got up and threw a pillow at me.

" why are you such a bum,Jake?" I asked walking past him.

"Oh,but you love this bum,don't you?" He said kissing me on my cheek.

"Come on. Natalie is down stairs and she demanded that you come downstairs now"

As we made our way down stairs I saw Natalie and she did not look to happy. Almost as if she was crying.

"Your what?!" I nearly screamed.

"I'm not sure yet but lately I have been getting signs" said Natalie catching up to me. Afterwards meeting her downstairs Jake house, we went home and showered and left to go find our costumes. I stopped and looked Natalie in her eyes. "We are going to go get you tested.

"What is aunt Lindsey going to think of me?" Asked Natalie.

"We will just have to find out when we get in that position tonight"I told her.

"Have you talked to Jason about any of this ?" I asked.

Natalie eyes began to water. She looked scared. I pulled her into a hug and swayed her. "It's okay" I'm here right by your side when your ready to tell anyone. First thing first we need to see before we go assuming you are . Until then I need you to smile and enjoy this day of crazy with me. We are going to eat until our stomachs drop and shop till our feet hurt"I said slowly remembering the first time I knew I liked Jake and I saw him in the library kiss a girl. Natalie was right by my side telling me it's okay.

"Thank you" she said in a shaky whisper,as she whipped her eyes.

"Now come on we need to get this shopping started with.

We walked in and out some stores. We each had about four bags each. As we approached Forever21, I saw a particular girl. She had blonde hair and dark shades in her eyes. Her lips were coated with a dark red colored lipstick. She had on a black dress that hugged her body,but flared out at the bottom right above the knee. She had on a thick gray scarf and her hair straight. She looked at me and smiled and she walked into the store.

I ignored it and followed Natalie in the store. We looked around the store for a while. I began to get frustrated when three items I really wanted did not have my size. I made my way to the other side of the store. I collided with someone and dropped one of my bags.

"I'm sorry, Tori" said the person. I looked up and saw it was the same girl from outside the store. She saw the confused look I had on my face and took off the shades. Shock would be a understatement.

"Melody...."

As I laid in my bed, I started to think. I'm not talking about no one subject stuff. I was straight up thinking random stuff about life. There is so much going on lately. Jake and I are getting really close and serious. I still get this weird feelings in my stomach when I'm with him. People call them butterflies,but I say they are scary. The minute he cross my mind I get them. I pulled my head under the covers and closed my eyes. I can hear my room door open.
