"Hi, how may I help you sir?"
"I'd like to have an early check in, if that would be alright."
"Of course! I'll have Cory over here get straight to it. Cory? Help this wonderful man out please. Have an excellent stay sir." I smiled, before walking out from behind the front desk.
My name is Kellin Quinn, or Mr. Quinn, as my employees call me. I manage one of the very best hotels in all of America. To say I love my job is an understatement. My job is my life.
Pushing my glasses up on my nose, I walked into the lounge area, where a few guests we're enjoying complimentary coffee and tea.
"I hope those extra blankets came in handy last night Ms. Osborne." I said to a little old lady, who was a regular here.
"Oh yes, thank you deary."
I walked around the lobby sending smiles, and checking up on employees.
Suddenly, someone bumped into me. He had deep brown eyes, and lovely hair, equipped with headphones and a skateboard, along with a large suitcase and backpack.
He didn't look like the usual guests we had at my hotel. Usually they were senior citizens, or rich family looking for a nice get away.
"Shit, sorry dude." He said.
"Um, that's alright." I replied.
"See ya around, Specs." He winked before walking away.
How rude.
