Spilling secrets!

" How come you didn't tell me?" Chase said. He was seated on the end of my bed repairing an RC car.

" I don't know, we only started going out a few days ago" I replied fiddling with my own hands. If you haven't realized already, we were talking about Austin. It had been two weeks since the kiss and of course Chase had found out. I don't know how ....I hadn't told anyone.

" You don't trust me?" He asked clearly annoyed. I sighed and looked down.

" No it just annoys me that you found out"

" So you weren't planning to tell?"

" Not for a while,no"

" Why not, dude we were born like minutes apart"

" I know, I don't know. I thought you'd be angry"

" I am, but only 'cos you didn't tell me"

" Well you know now so get over it"

" I'm worried" He said quietly.

" Why?" I asked confused

" Because I thought you said you wouldn't date people like him"

" I was wrong, he's not like that"

" Fine but if he is don't say I didn't warn you"

" I know" I got up and changed the song playing on my phone. Downstairs I could hear Jesse and Luke fighting. I walked out of my room and went downstairs to see what was going on. Jesse was waving the PS3 over his head waving it at Luke. They were having a heated argument about who's turn it was. I walked up behind them and jumped. I landed on Jesse's back, successfully grabbing the PlayStation.

" S**t" Jesse said falling fowards slightly.

" My turn" I said and slid off. I ran to my room and plugged it in to play COD. I locked my door just as Jesse and Luke came running upstairs yelling insults at me. I laughed to myself as they pounded on the door.  

" Open the door!" Luke demanded from outside.

" Hmmmm, maybe, maybe not" I said slowly.

" Open the door god dammit" Said Jesse hitting to door harder.

" I think I'll play on your games first" I said holding in my laughter.

" If you don't open I'll tell everyone at school that you and Austin are going out" Jesse threatened, I could tell he meant it.

" You know?" I asked frantically. I swear all my brothers had physic powers.

" Oh nah" he said.

" How? Who told you"

" No one, its quite obvious" He said obviously smirking. Great now my whole family knew. I reluctantly opened the door and handed him the PlayStation.

" Thank you" He said mockingly, before heading downstairs to continue his argument.

The next day at school.

I was sitting in English. Mrs Ollis was teaching us something that obviously interested exactly nobody in the class. Austin was playing with my fingers, while I had a silent conversation with Jay across the room. Apart from almost everyone in class trying to intercept our conversation, we were attracting a lot of attention from our hand movements. From an outsiders point of view it probably looked like we hated each other, what with all the fingers being pulled and death stares exchanged. Austin was smirking at me, from beside me.

" Stop looking at me like that" I complained quietly, shoving Austin lightly.

" Like what?" He asked innocently, the smirk got wider.

" I don't know" I said, defeated. He laughed softly. he went back to tracing circles on the back of my hand.

When the bell finally rang I ran out into the fresh air and was immediately captured by Charlie. I wriggled when he lifted me into the air and over his shoulder. Then he marched off to our lunch spot and set me down. Jay, Rikki, and Jazz were already there. Rikki motioned me and patted the ground beside her. I sat down and took out my lunch.

" Brooke?" Jay said.

" Yeah?" I replied.

" Come with me for a minute" He said. I got up and followed him over behind a classroom.

" What?" I asked. I have to admit I was slightly nervous.

" Did you see the way Austin was looking at you in English?" He asked. I tensed.

" Yeah?" I asked.

" He's creepy"

" What makes you say that?"

" He looked like..."

" Like what"

" Like he wanted you, it sounds stupid but kinda lovestuck"

" Jay, um, Me and Austin are going out" I asked. I held my breath.

" I thought so" He admitted.

" Is it that obvious?" I sighed.

" Yep" He said and punched my arm lightly. " Your not the best liar lil B" 

I laughed and Jay bent down, i jumped on his back. He stood up and started to run back to the others yelling " TO THE FOOD!"

I sat and ate lunch with my friends and then went on my phone with Jazz. It was about halfway though break when Austin came up to us and asked me to come and hang out with him. I followed him to where his friends Regan and Anderson were sitting. Anderson was tall and muscular and looked a lot like Austin except he had brown hair and brown eyes. Regan was short and had black hair and grey eyes.

" Austin, so is this your girlfriend?" Anderson called, waving at us. I walked up to him and smiled.

" Yeah, my names Brooke" I said shyly.

" Wow, she's hella cute" Regan said from behind Anderson.

" And taken" Said Austin winding his arm around my shoulders.

" Sorry man, I didn't mean it like that" Regan said. Austin grinned at him and went over to sit by Anderson, taking me with him. I took out a slice of pizza and started eating. Anderson and Regan were playing or texting on their phones. In other words being anti-social. Austin smiled at me.

" My friends are loners" He said, still smiling.

" At least your not" I said smiling back. He leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on my lips.

" Woah, keep it toned down. There are kids present" Anderson said. We broke apart and Austin scowled at him.

" There arn't any kids here, We're all  sixteen" Regan said confused.

" Yeah but you have the mentality of a five year old" Anderson said smugly

" Whatever like your any more mature" Regan said.

" And damn proud of it" Anderson said.
