"I'll be back at around half twelve if that's alright El, I don't want to keep you." I shook my head and smiled,
"That's perfectly fine Miss Atkins, I just have one question. Can my friend, James," I said, gesturing towards him,
"Can he help me babysit?" She smirked at me and nodded.
"Of course sweetie, just behave! We'll see you later, bye Katie." She said, leaning down and pressing a kiss to her daughters head. We waved goodbye and closed the door slowly,
"So I'm your friend now?" James chuckled, elbowing my side lightly. I rolled my eyes at him and shoved him slightly,
"What else did you want me to say? Excuse me Miss Atkins, can this boy that's all of a sudden started talking to me after almost five years for no apparent reason, take part in babysitting your kid?" We both frowned at each other before laughing again. I turned away from James and looked down at Katie,
"Is there something you'd like to do whilst mummy's away?" She shrugged her shoulders,
"I don't know." I peered over my shoulder at James.
"What should we do?" He also shrugged,
"Well you two are great help. How about a game?" They both looked at each other, then back at me. I sighed and walked over to the games console, taking hold of Katie's hand and leading her over with me. We both sat cross legged on the floor and laid out all of her Wii games,
"Have a look through these and see if there's anything here." I smiled, I looked behind me at James.
"Come sit down." He shook his head, I got up from the floor and walked over to him.
"Why won't you sit down?" He bit his lip (once again reminding me how hot he was) and looked over at Katie.
"I feel like I don't fit in, she knows you. I'm just this big lanky giant that's come into her house." I laughed at him and grabbed his hand,
"Don't be silly, once she gets to know you she'll love you." I pulled him along with me and sat back down with Katie, he sat down next to me and smiled.
"Have you found something you like?" She nodded and handed me 'Just Dance', I tilted it towards James and laughed lightly.
"Let's play!" We all got up from the floor and James set up the Wii whilst Katie and I cleared the space around us. We picked up the remotes and James moved aside,
"What song?" Katie flicked through them and stopped on 'Call Me Maybe', I nodded.
"Good choice, now who do you want to play against, me or James?" I said cheekily, his eyes shot up from his phone.
"James!" I smirked and walked over to him,
"You've got to do what the kid wants." He stepped forward and leant his forehead against mine, out noses brushing slightly.
"When do I get what I want?" he said, his hot breath on my face.
"You'll have to wait and see." I winked, he took the remote from me and walked over to Katie.
"You ready to start?" She nodded and they got into their starting positions. I picked up James' phone and swiped the screen across, unlocking it and opening up his snapchat. I recorded them dancing without him seeing and put it on his story before locking his phone and putting it back. The song ended and Katie jumped up and down in delight because she had beat James, he turned to me and smiled.
"What are you smiling at?" I asked as he walked towards me, he dropped the remote on the chair and placed his hands on either side of me, pinning me against the windowsill.
"I could ask you the same question." He grinned, I stared up at him and blushed.
"I was smiling back at you." He took his lip in his teeth.
"I hate how nervous you make me." He said, I frowned at him.
"I make you nervous? How?" I asked, suddenly intrigued. Before he could answer a Wii remote was shoved between us and Katie was asking me to dance, he released me and leant against the windowsill.
"Guess you'll have to find out some other time."
