Chapter forty-one

Lavi's POV

We ran into loveth and her minions on our way to the library. It's still shocking to know that James and loveth are now a couple. I guess it's true with what they say ' love is the only thing that can hit a man hard'.

I'm truly happy for them though,so long she stays away from Katherine and I for good! And speaking of Katherine; leaving her with obi was a completely bad idea. I still don't trust him one bit but Katherine is determine to stay friends with him. I will have no choice but to put up with it as well.

James was still busy batting eye lashes with Loveth while I patiently wait by the corner.

Things we do for friends

I felt a tap on my shoulder only to have obi hit me straight across the face the exact moment I turned around.

What the hell?

Before I could focus properly again, he landed another one straight to my jaw. I staggered back a little and gain an inch from him.

Mehn! Whatever has gotten into him today just did me a really nice favor because this is the moment I have been waiting for!

Two clean punches to my face?

My turn!

With adrenaline rushing through me. I launched at him with full force and landed a clean one on his nose and in no time. Blood was gushing through his nose down to his collar but still he wasn't giving up and kept coming at me over and over again. And to be honest? He is no match and am beginning to feel sorry for the idiot who doesn't know that; a bloody nose and a bursted lips are his cue to quit trying to be macho already or am going to fucking kill him.

The junior students around had raised alarm attracting some staff who had separated us eventually cos apparently James was no way close to keeping us apart and loveth and her minions were too busy screaming their heads out to want to help even.

"I will fucking kill you; you bastared" he kept yelling at me over and over again.

What the heck is he yelling about?

"You're insane coming at me like that! Have you seen your face?" Taunting at him.

"Shut up the both of you this minute and come with me" ordered Mr Ojo as he led us away.

We passed Katherine on our way towards the staff room and she looked like she was about to pass out as her eyes darted to obi bloody nose and back at my blood filled knuckle before her hand slapped against her mouth shsssh her intended scream.
