'Tre wants to talk to me?' My head began to spin. Is something wrong? I can't think of what he needs to talk to me about. Brice stands there staring at me, waiting for me to say something.

"...Is he here?" Is all I can bring myself to ask.

"He's in the waiting room with the others. We're all here." His eyes had a sad, gloomy glow to them. Those eyes that once held a brighter light seem to be duller now. 'I did that to him.' He gives me one last glance before walking out of my room for me to gather my thoughts. I assume that he's going to tell the others that I'm awake.

Moments pass by before I hear someone frantically bolting down the hallway towards my room. Before I can process what is happening, I feel warm arm cling to me in an embrace.

"I was so worried about you." I heard a small whisper near my ear. His voice sounded like it could break at any moment. 'I did this to all of them...' Tears begin to form in my eyes, crystallizing them.

"...I'm so sorry...Tre..." I begin to stutter and stumble on my words as I allow myself to release the emotions I've been keeping secret. I wrap my arms around him as he pulls me closer to him.

"You're safe now. Everything is gonna be alright." He stated as if he needed to be reassured. He pulls away from the embrace to look into my pale face, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. His hand lingers by my face a moment before he drops it into his lap. I can see the pain in his eyes; his eyes tell me he hasn't slept in days. However, I see the relief that brings some light into his green orbs.

"Are you alright?" The question slips out before I realize I asked Tre anything. He gives a small smile.

"I'm not the one in a hospital bed...so I guess I'm okay." He gives a smile as he teases me. There's some silence for a moment, like there was some barrier between us.

"So..."

"Cassie..." Tre looks deep into my eyes studying me. Most people never use my full name.

"...Yes?" I'm taken aback a bit by hearing my full name. He seems to be hesitating. 'Something's on his mind'

"Wh-why did..." he pauses, hesitant to ask his question. "Why did you fall?"
