Our justice system is so, so messed up. (pardon my lack of a better word)
Out of 1,000 rapists and molesters, only 5 are brought to justice.

I'm sorry, but that disgusts me.
995 people walk this earth, only either receiving a warning and slap on the wrist or just simply being content and perfectly fine with what they've done until it's brought to light. If they do go to prison, they're getting out after easily not even a year on good behavior.
Let me tell you this-
Until the ROOT of the behavior is taken care of,
THE BEHAVIOR
DOES
NOT
STOP.
If rapists and molesters are simply let out on good behavior, they will go back to what they were doing. Only now, they are better at hiding what they are doing.
