- Birthday Special -

"Didn't you say your birthday was January 11th?"

Todoroki looks at me, "Yeah, why?"

"Well~ it's tomorrow, and I guess I wanted to do something special?" I respond.

"Really? No one has ever considered doing that for me before," he responds.

I smile, "So, what you wanna do then?"

He thinks about it for a bit, "I don't really know, I've never really had someone to go somewhere with me on my birthday honestly."

My eyes sparkle with wonder, "Seriously? Then how about we go to a cafe, or spend time at an arcade, I don't know, it's your birthday after all."

"How about a walk in the park?" He recommends.

I think about it for a moment, "But isn't it cold? We have snow falling this season."

"Yeah but, a walk wouldn't be bad right?"

I lightly smile, "I guess so."

-Next Day-

"Ne! Todoroki!" I call out.

It's a bit cold today, hopefully it won't get any colder.

Todoroki looks my way and makes his way over to me, "God, where the hell where you?"

I giggle, "Eheh, maybe I kinda was late?"

He sighs, "And for my birthday do, how rude."

I stammer, "H-hey!! I'm sorry! It's not my fault that my mom kept asking me weird questions..."

"Like?"

I blush, "things like going out with a boyfriend or some shit..."

"You're muttering, what was that again?"

"Ahaha! Let's just get on with our stroll shall we?" I say, attempting to avoid whatever was said earlier.

We start on waking on the park pathway. There were a lot of things going on, people in the snow, a bit of couples laughing amongst one another, kids playing in the snow, you name it.

A question pops into my head as we're walking down the cold path.

"Hey Todoroki? How come you choose to walk around on your birthday?"

He hums, "I never really got to experience actually being able to go somewhere that's not home and actually enjoy everything. My dad always forced me to stay inside to train."

"Awe, I see," I reply.

Another silence falls between the two of us. It's getting a little chilly.

"You wanna go in a cafe or something for now? I wanna get a hot drink because I'm a little cold," I sheepishly say.

"Alright."

We go inside a nearby cafe to buy something hot, why was it even this cold today?

Oh and don't get me started on the woman that was working there-

"Awe, you two look cute together, may I get you anything?"

kYAHHH

We decided to laugh that off afterwards as we exited the cafe.

The sun was setting nearby, and the lights soon started turning on.

It's getting a lot colder, I'm starting to shiver.

"L/N? You okay?" Todoroki notices my shivering.

"Y-Yeah, f-fine," I reply, god it's so cold.

"From the looks of your answer, you aren't, what's actually wrong with you?"

I sigh, "Okay, I-it's getting a b-bit cold," I reply.

He feels guilty, "You know, you could've just stayed home if you didn't know it was going to be this cold, you'll get sick."

"But it's your special day, I can't just pass that up," I keep shivering.

His expression falls, "Come here."

"H-huh?" He pulls me over to his left side for a hug as he clutches my right hand with his left.

"Hold onto me, if you're really that cold," he says.

It's warm.

After a full day of just enjoying the scenery, we're finally back at my house.

"You know L/N, I had a nice time today with you, thank you for celebrating my birthday with me."

I smile.

"You're welcome."

"Well, see you Monday?" He asks.

"Y-Yeah," I reply.

As he turns away to go back home, I remember that I had something in mind.

"Hold on!" I call.

He turns around as I jog to him as he asks, "Yeah?"

I give him a small kiss on the cheek as I lightly blush.

"Happy Birthday, Shouto."

He smiles, "Thank you, Y/N."
