- Minutes Before Y/N and Shouto Met up -

There's gonna be this starry sky tonight, and it looks like (Y/n) is going to be there.

I guess you can say it kinda feels a bit nice to hang out with her like this, we've hung out a lot but I guess I feel more excited about this one? It's a bit weird.

She just seems so, fun to talk to? I hope uwu isn't lying to me when I go there to meet y/n though, or else I'd just be going to the park for nothing.

I'll head out now anyway.

7:19PM

The breeze is pretty nice, spring weather isn't that bad either.

I didn't bring much, only a bottle of water and my phone. It was only a night full of starry stars tonight anyway.

Turns out a lot of people from U.A. are also here too, for instance Midoriya-Kun was with Uraraka-San at one of the nearby Sakura trees.

And then Yaoyorozu-San with Jirou-San a few trees more.

The list goes on.

After a minute of searching for the bridge and river that uwu was talking about, I see (h/c) hair swaying with the breeze.

I call out, "(Y/N)!"

She turns around, the reflection of the sun in her eyes, as if the sun added to the pretty sparkle in her eyes.

She smiles, "Hey! I didn't think you'd really show up, ahaha."

"I'd say the same, your friend told you to come?"

She flinches a bit but quickly answers with, "O-oh! Yeah, she did, haha."

We stare at each other for a couple of minutes. Not an awkward stare, more like a mix of between that and a blank one.

"What're you waiting for? Sit down," she giggles.

So I sit next to her on the picnic mat.

"I didn't think you'd be interested to go on and see the stars tonight. And is kind of strange that I'm with someone this year, I usually just go alone."

I chuckle as I think of what made me want to come here with her in the first place.

"I guess it's just another chance to get to know you, we're good friends so I might as well not miss the chance," I say.

She turns pink, "Chance you say? That's cute."

We sit in silence for a couple minutes, it's quiet but not awkward.

"So when is the starry sky coming out? It's a bit cloudy," I ask.

"Mm, I'm not sure. They said it would be around 7:45, after the sun sets. The clouds should clear by then."

I check my phone, it's 7:31.

"Well, the sun is gone fully now, and the clouds are almost gone, are you sure it's 7:45?"

She nods, biting onto a piece of bread.

"Y'know Shouto-Kun, it kind of makes me happy that you actually wanted to view te stars with me. I didn't think you'd me that willing to go with me, because many just think I'm boring."

I softly glance at her, her eyes look sad.

"You aren't boring, you're interesting, at least that's what I think."

She stays silent for a while, and mouths something.

"What was that?" I ask.

She mumbles a thank you.
But her lip movement before didn't match what she said now.

And then the clouds cleared up.

"Hey, Shouto-Kun! Look!" She pointed at the sky and there was a sea of stars, some flying while some are just sparkling.

She looked so happy.
And I felt happy.

"Can't you feel it? The beat of the stars?" Y/n says.

"The what?"

"The star beat. It's wonderful."

A soft breeze blows by as people around us stare at awe at the stars.

That's when I saw something light up.

Something, in Y/n's bag.

One notification read the name mr. oof.

Which was a coincidence, because that's the last text that I sent to her, uwu.

Y/n didn't notice when I looked at her bag.

I found you.
