Third Person POV
Aurora's body flew stomach first into the ongoing vehicle, and judging by how fast it was moving to begin with. She was out like a light the moment her head had any impact, which it did. Twice.
To the car and the floor when she feel.
"Rory!" Daryl yelled in protest, his heart completely falling down in frame as he tried to go off. Ready to kill the assholes who dared hurt her any more than she's already suffered.
The claimer's, as Rick and him named them to be...Didn't do anything, and it took Grimes' convicting for the youngest Dixon to feel any relief.
Yet he wanted to hear it from her.
From the primary source.
Her running ahead of them both was on Daryl's order to get to the building's basement like Noah had suggested. Now neither one of them knew the boy's name, but nothing of that mattered. What mattered was Noah trying to calm down the enraged Dixon with every ounce of power her had.
"Let go of meh!" He yelled, his accent so loud and the bangs of his hair moving upward as he struggled against Noah's hold.
Evidently he wasn't ready to be stopped, and the only reason he was...Is because Daryl saw the honesty in the boy's words.
"Wait! They can help her. They're the only ones who can. They have medicine, machines, a doctor..." Was his begging plea, and although that didn't stop Daryl's gorilla motions of flaring his arms back and forth as he watched the two police officers carelessly placed Aurora onto the gurney like a prop.
Like an instrument.
Because in their eyes, that's what she is...However, once one of them took note of her dog-tags. They nodded. Hurrying along to get the help Noah promised to the flared up Daryl.
"You go out there, you'll have to kill them...Okay?... Then she can't get their help. Is that what you want?" Dixon allowed the boy to continue speaking, waiting for him to say something in the sort of a plan. But the loud puffs extended.
He's lost his Aurora as well. To the same people he lost Addie to...
"We can get her back. We can get Addie back." And off the car went, speeding down the road as Noah finally allowed Daryl out of his hold. The archer rallied his thoughts together and focused on his breathing, he was in panic, and thought of seeing nothing but red high sight his plan even further.
He just needed proper clarification. "What's it gonna take?"
"A lot...They got guns, people." Noah explained, thinking the plan through. But he needed to get Addie out of the situation just as much as Daryl wanted to get them both out.
He was willing to do it with just Daryl, but smiled at the though of having more people aid them, especially when Daryl said: "And so do we." The list of names that'd be willing to help Blake was long, it was just the lack of knowledge where in the hell their people were.
He hoped—No. He prayed that they were still at the church. That the cannibals didn't take them. And as he stole a very large truck, guiding the way back with Noah just judging his intentions so roughly. Did he simply state: "Are you Addie's dad?" The boy asked, causing Daryl to look up from his thoughts and plan of attack.
He wanted to say yes, but there was no intention to make a claim that he didn't know if Addie viewed him as. Neither did he want to share relationship details with a stranger like himself, instead he made a nod turn into a shrug as he planted his foot down further and further into the gas peddle.
