"The usual?"

"You know it, George."

Smiling, he turns around and starts to make my coffee. The small shop is empty, the smell of beans are faint. The sent of vanilla is pretty prominent though. Strange, it's usually mint.

He carefully places the coffee in front of me, "You haven't been around in a while, is everything alright?"

"Don't worry George, you'll still get your pay check," I smile, "How's that girl, what's her name."

"I never told you her name," He chuckles.

"That wasn't my question," I raise my eyebrow.

"She's fine," He looks away.

"Fine?"

"Well, busy but fine."

"Doesn't sound fine to me," I mutter.

"You always over think things," He chuckles.

"And your terrible at lying. Come on George, you can trust me," I smile.

Sighing, crouches so he can lean his arm on the desk and leans in closer to me, "It's dispatch," He whispers.

"What?"

"Shhh, dispatch, they're trying to expose one of her clients."

"One of her clients- who is she?"

"Doesn't matter," He scratches his hair, "Look, just stay out of trouble,  their camera men are everywhere."

"Okay... I think I better head!" I noice to the door and wave goodbye to George.

"Wait, Jisoo-"

"Morning Lindsey!" I run in.

"You're late," She says flatly.

"Okay, thanks for letting me know!"

I stand there, staring at her expectantly. Who does she think I am? A mind reader? She turns back to her computer.

"Uh, Lindsey?"

"Yes," She sighs.

"Where am I supposed to be-"

"Vocal training."

"Thanks," I resist the urge to roll my eyes and begin to enter the elevator.

"Sorry I'm late," I rush in.

"It's fine, Miss Kim," My teacher smiles, "please take a seat."

I nod, sitting in my usual spot.

I look up and I see Jennie staring back at me, she does not look impressed.
