chris shouts as he knocks over the tableside lamp in his room, startling stella.
"don't you get it?" he asks desperately, a hopeful look in his eyes, as he kneels down and takes both of her hands in his, forcing her to look at him.
"I love you so fucking much, stella karter quinn" chris says with a sigh, his expression softening a bit. "I love you. is that not enough?"
she pauses for a brief moment to think before she speaks ever so softly.
"no...it's not."
chris's jaw drops at her words.
"not anymore."
