No one's POV

"Why the hell are you here? You just send a letter and we never saw you again. You can't just do that shit, it's not funny!" Alexis stared at her daughter that sat on the couch looking at the floor.

"Is that all you have to say, because we need to go. I just came for my clothes." Archer was on the verge of crying. Her own mother didn't even cared that she was suicidal, she thought that all of this was a joke. This is why she didn't want to come back here, she knew that this would happen.

" No, you will stay with us. I don't care if you have somewhere to go. Either you stay with me or you go but without the clothes."

" What the hell, you suddenly care, is it because he is here?! Is that you finally want me here?!" Archer finally snapped, all of the anger she held inside her was being released.

" Do not talk to me like that! I am your mo-" Alexis said in a strict voice

" Do you dare start with the ' I'm your mother ' bullshit. YOU FUCKING LEFT ME TO DIE. WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU THEN? SUDDENLY YOU SHOW ME ATTENTION BECAUSE I COME KNOCKING AFTER A WEEK? DID YOU EVEN TRY TO LOOK FOR ME?" Archer pulled her hair and paced the room. She started to laugh uncontrollable. " DID YOU EVEN SEE HOW BROKEN I WAS WHEN I WAS HERE?! NO! BECAUSE YOU WERE TO BUSY PAMPERING YOU OTHER CHILDREN AND FUCKING YOUR HUSBAND! I ...." She raised her hands and walked up the stairs. "I'm getting my clothes and getting out of here before I do something I regret."

Archer grabbed her suitcase and stuffed all her clothes in it.

Alexis was sitting on the couch, shocked at what happened. Her own daughter abandoning her. She was trying to make up for lost time.

Matthew was just there for support and to make sure Archer didn't do anything stupid.

When Archer had all her clothes she walked back down stairs looking at Matthew. " We are going, you ready?"

Matthew looked up at Archer and gave a little smile, " let's go if you have everything." He grabbed the suitcase from Archer and was about to walk out the door when they heard the front door lock click open.

" You have got to be kidding me!" Archer muttered.

The man in the door looked at the scene before him. His wife on the couch, hands in her hair looking at the floor. His long lost daughter looking at him as if he was a plague. And a guy he has never seen before in his life standing next to his daughter, his hand placed lightly on the small of her back.

"Are you going to say anything, if not can you move from the door way?" Archer said annoyed by her dad just standing there.

" Are you ever coming back?" Eric, the father, said as he still stood in front of the door, shutting it.

" I didn't even want to come here in the first place. I only came for clothes and that's all." She looked toward Matthew and had a ghost of a smile on her lips, her eyes becoming a greyish blue color. "I'm finally close to a happiness and a feeling of normal then I ever felt when I was here in the house."

Alexis looked at her husband, eyes pleading to do something about there daughter, but he still looked at her and the guy beside her.

" What's your name?" He said looking at him.

"Matthew, sir." Matthew stuck out his hand, wanting a handshake.

Eric shook hands with Matt and said what was shocking to everyone in that house " Thank you for doing something I never could."

Matthew smiled and looked at the girl he was willing to do anything for " Of course"

With that Eric moved out of the way, opening the door and smiling at his now grown daughter and happy on at that.

" I hope that the world treats you guys well and I won't say anything about you being here."

Archer truly looked at her father for the first time and thanked him. She took Matt's hand and walked out the door, suitcase in hand, finally able to put her past life behind her.

"Goodbye"
