"Eby, can't you hear it? No means no. Is here no one worth singing other than me?" Farhan heavied a fed up sigh.
How long he had been giving excuses before those annoying ones?
"It's our last year here. And after few days, we will be parting ways. It was our dream to make you sing. But you.." Farhan avoided eyecontact as Eby switched on to his senti mode.
"Wait, we will be parting ways for real?" Aju muttered to Eby for which he got replied with a hard glare.
"We had never compelled you for anything before." Eby came closer to stand face to face with Farhan, passing a questioning look.
Farhan looked at the whole crowd through the backstage and back at the duo. Eventhough he was trying hard to heal his bleeding heart inside, he could not just blow away their happiness. He nodded, throwing his look somewhere else.
"Where the hell is Ainu? She is supposed to be here by now." Aju whispered to Eby before their eyes fell on the other one who was looking at them, leaning on the wall.
"Is everything okay? When I asked about her to Farhan, he treated me with his murdering look." Said Aju while heading to the hallways with Eby.
Eby chose to keep silent as he himself could not figure out the thing between those three.
Giving a break to his thoughts, Eby took out his phone to call Ainu as he watched Farhan unzipping his guitar bag.
Few minutes later, Anjali and Rinu came to them. "Can we announce his song now? Or else we should shift it after the break." Enquired Rinu.
"No. You better put it in evening programmes. Ainu said that she too wanted to be here when he sings."
"Then where that frogii girl had gone?" Asked an extremely annoyed Anjali.
"It was Neil who picked up her phone. He told they were in the orphanage to transfer a cheque as ordered by Ishaan. But I'm clueless how she ended up being with him." Eby scratched the back of his neck.
"Well, it was Ishaan who said to do so." Anjali said, shifting a teasing smile to the trio. Eby shook his head in disbelief.
"When will be the phone breaker coming?" She asked out.
"I don't know the exact date. Anyways, he called Ainu yesterday. You better ask her."
"WHAT? Are you for real? You mean.. Ishaan? Calling? That too Ainu?" Anjali gaped at him with a popped out look as well as Rinu.
"Yeah! I know, it's a horrible thing to believe this but I can literally make anything possible." He smiled at them with his head up.
But his smile did not last for more and changed to a thin line as he came to see Farhan behind them. Farhan moved to take a position before Rinu, his hands shoved in pockets.
"Rinu, tell them not to change the list. I would be the one performing next. The very next. Did you hear it?" She narrowed her eyes, double checking what he had said but nodded, watching his fury eyes.

"Despite of his wild and mysterious character, his song is so good to hear." Zoya commented with much difficulty. Praising was something she hated to the core!
Getting no response from Shreya, she turned her side to look her.
"Shreya? Hello?" But she was so dipped in her thoughts.
